Loved the rooms, the place, the beach, the water and mostly the bicycles! We road everywhere and really enjoyed it. Is is a wonderful paradise and we enjoyed it greatly!

We liked everything about Bungalows, but we felt that for a very high-end and expensive all-inclusive, the food should have been better. It indicates it is all inclusive, but when we arrived a lot of things did have a price to pay (sunset cruise, B&B restaurant, and other activities). We had a great time, love the place, but felt at the end that we ended up paying much more than the deposit we gave at the beginning.

A cute, quaint and thankfully quiet resort. The steakhouse restaurant experience was one of the best we've had. Rooms were comfortable and well laid out, the patio and outdoor shower was a bonus. Food overall was prepared well and service was decent.

Our 1st room was saturated in a smoke smell to the point where the front desk person was visibly off-put when bringing us in there. We moved to a 2nd room and it was not all that much better. Who the heck still smokes in a small, closed hotel room despite the resort tellilng you there is no smoking? The upstairs mediterranean restaurant ambiance felt like a cafeteria. For an all-inclusive place I felt like I was consistently proposed something that had an additional cost much more than when I've have had all-inclusive in the past. Overall I felt the price vs. the experience was excessive but I guess that's what we have to pay to keep kids out (which I guess makes it worth it).

The cottages were immaculate and felt very private and cozy. There was always availability at any of the loungers by the pool or any of the water activities available.

I felt like they needed more activities. We did the snorkeling tour and the sunset cruise, which were both amazing. We used the trikes and the kayaks, multiple times a day. I feel like they should really offer more options for activities for the amount of money paid. Especially when there is a 3-night minimum, they need to have optional activities for each day.

Place is immaculate and clean. Lots of great food and drinks. Lots of fun and relaxation. August is a slow season for them. No waits for cabanas or pool space

Know your drinks. Bar tenders aren’t creative. Asked for a tropical drink or a martini and got a cucumber vodka drink. Gratuity is not included and it’s expected at every stop. Neither are big deals, just didn’t realize coming into the vacation.

We love the location, the bungalows were very nice, the bicycle idea was great except people kept stealing our bikes. The food was good, but could use bigger selection and would like to see some snacks available. Not sure of the reasoning behind charging an extra $300 for Bogey and Bacall restaurant. Could have limited everyone to just visiting one time at that restaurant. Thanks

As stated above, would like to see more snacks available. Think that Bogey and Bacall should be included, even if restricted to just one night. Also, shopping for memorabilia and articles such as shirts and hats were limited and should be expanded, not much of a selection and/or sizes.

Very nice and pretty and well kept. Almost all of the staff is friendly great food. Would defiantly come back.

The front desk describes how you pay horribly and couldn’t answer my questions besides what sounds like a automated response. They dropped us off on our deep sea fishing trip and said to call when we got back and they’d come pick us up. I called waited 45 min called again and got told you should just take a Uber because this is peak check in time.

I loved that once inside the facility it felt like another place not key largo. I also loved the privacy that each bungalow offer. And how attentive the staff was.

Price was a little higher that other all inclusive retreats. Also for such price i would expect more options for entertainment besides the bike and the kayaks.

Staff was beyond amazing. Terry the valet was above and beyond.

We spoke with front receptionist and were told we could have drinks delivered to our room but we were charged when staff arrived. That was a little disappointing after the expense of our trip.
