Everything was very clean. Jonathan was so helpful!! Gave us great tips on where to eat or have a drink. Every suggestion was wonderful. Peg's morning scones were the best scones I have ever had and such a variety. Something you don't get at other places. Loved watching the sun come up and go down by the water. Very friendly place and quaint.

Our room was quite small. No vanity in the bathroom to set anything. No coffee in the room but they did give out free coffee and free fresh baked scones at the food truck. No pads on the chairs and lounges by the water. Very uncomfortable sitting on hard wood,

This place is in a great location at Key Largo. Set in well maintained tranquil gardens with a very friendly atmosphere. It is a family run business who take great care of their guests and pride in ensuring we we had a great stay. The resort is very clean and well maintained and has a nice ocean view with good swimming and kayaking, which is free for guests. There is also a swimming pool that we didn’t use as we swam in the sea. There are a couple of decent restaurants within walking distance. The morning homemade scones and coffee are delightful and a nice touch, you get to choose from a different selection of flavoured scones every morning served by the lovely Rene. We took our coffee mugs from the room to save on paper cups and plastic every morning. We had a basic room rather than a suite which was clean and tidy and fine for the pair of us for a five night stay. The suites looked more spacious and are more likely to have a sea view if that is what you need. Air conditioning was modern and quiet. We slept well on the very comfortable beds. We would recommend this place for a nice relaxing quiet vacation.

Beautiful. pristine resort property. Mango trees, Plumeria trees, and beautiful flowers line the walkways and lawn. Peg, Jonathon, and Staff pay special attention to every detail of this immaculate resort. Free water sports, super clean and well appointed rooms, beautiful sunsets on the docks, and complimentary Homemade scones and coffee every mornings are what you can expect when staying at Coconut Bay Resort. Definitely recommend this Wonderful property!!! Look forward to staying here again soon!

The location was great. Our room looked newly renovated and had comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the view and the plants outside. The place looked like a tropical paradise, we even saw iguanas running around and climbing trees and rocks. The hotel provided free kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkeling equipment. We also enjoyed complimentary home-made scones that varied in flavor every morning. The place was quiet for the most part and we enjoyed the privacy of our own unit. The sunsets were spectacular and we even took out kayaks in the water to watch them from there.

The sign to get into the property was hard to locate and we missed it the first time around. The beach was more for sitting, not really swimming; it was more like a boat dock in a harbor. We thought the price was a bit high for off-season.

Our staff was excellent and very accommodating to the smallest request. Johnathan and Laurie were top of everything. STAY FOR THE SCONES!!!!!

Excellent view with peaceful surroundings without a lot of interruptions to distract from the experience. Peg’s scones in the morning were excellent to enjoy while watching the antics of the iguanas. Snorkeling off the private beach had a few species of fish including juvenile barracuda, pipefish and a mangrove grouper on a second outing. The sight of adolescent horseshoe crabs scuttling on the beach floor attest to the health of the ecosystem.

Some ghost or pharaoh ants deciding to forage all over the cottage weren’t to bad. Their bite was akin to bird mites.

The room was very comfortable and everything was very clean excellent staff the grounds were kept tidy & pool was clean and good temperature great location to watch the sunsets the awesome fresh scones every morning

my only suggestion would be better blinds as with the outside lights if was very bright in the room throughout the night.

The room was very clean, the grounds well-kept and the scones and coffee for breakfast was delicious. The ladies in the morning at the food truck were so kind and friendly! Great way to start the day.

We didn't realize it had a full kitchen which was a plus. It was very nice and clean. Beds were very comfy too. We only needed one night and left early the next morning for a fishing charter so there wasn't time to enjoy much else besides the room.

The signage could be a little larger to help locate the registration office if you happen to turn into the first driveway but other than that everything was great. Not anything to complain about. Definitely eat at Sharkey's for dinner. We were sad to miss the complementary scones because we had to leave to early in the morning!

The location of our room had no view whatsoever and the actual room was a disappointment to say the least. I expected a lot more for $4500.
