We had a wonderful stay at the mariner's club. We had 8 people total in our group (all couples) and each couple had their own room/bathroom and our house was very clean/spacious. There was also a snack basket upon our arrival that was a great touch! Staff was super friendly as well. Would definitely recommend!
My only complaint would be, parking only allows 2 cars on the gated property (we had 4) so it was tricky finding places to leave the other two cars. We made it work but it was tricky, as there are no close parking lots to the property and we kept having to go check on our cars to make sure they were still there. Other than this, no big complaints!

Everything was amazing! Property and unit where better than expected.
The coffee table in the unit had a glass top that was too large for the table and is not safe for young children. Very sharp corners. I would recommend getting rid of the glass top for safety.

The decor was great, although after looking at some of the other balconies i felt as if I was missing patio furniture I had very little seating. The cleanliness of the houSe could have been more detailed, there were visible stains on the bed frame. I also had my keypad to stop working on me so I was locked out for 30-40 mins. I think key box information should be included in the pre arrival email.
Sorry my dislikes are above. Overall the property was very clean. The house was equipped with all my needs for the most part.

The memories that were made.
I had to call because the floor level basement bathroom tub was filthy. The yellow and white striped towels were folded and put away wet. The master bathroom had hair and toilet paper on the floor. The unit 3 down from us, 611 I think, caught 3 rats inside the unit! Dryers didn't work very well, should have the venting to the outside cleaned before it starts a fire.

so the basic problem was there were a number of electrical outlets that did not have power, also three of the TVs we’re not working properly, probably because the remote controls had new batteries in them. also we were out of water one morning and I understand it’s not the owners fault that probably the city was doing something. The view from the room
The water didn't work in one of the sinks in the master bathroom. By the time you filled the jetted tub in the master bath the water was cold. The management company didn't care. They are privately owned units is all they said. Dishes were left in the dishwasher. I had to wait at the front gate for the security guard to come back from her rounds 5 times. So I had to sit in my car each time for 5-10 mins before she came back. The security guard complained when I put a towel on the railing for about 5 mins. However, she didn't say anything to the kids that were yelling and screaming at 11 pm (pool closes at dusk). There are only two parking spaces allowed per unit. We had a unit that fit 8. We had 3 couples, each with a car. We had to arrange for one of the cars to be parked offsite and pay a fee. Ridiculous. We had 14 people in three different units in the complex. Each unit had issues. Broken tile, Jetted tubs not working, closets to the washer and dryer locked so they couldn't be used.
