Location. Paul on staff was very friendly and helpful.

Used a temporary room on the first night because another customer had taken our late arrival envelope and used the room/towels/bed. We were discounted $70 but it should have been a full night refund for the inconvenience. If a custome is arriving late it’s probably because of a five hour drive like we had so not ready for such inconvenience. The rooms are tired and in need of decoration. Whoever thought it was a good idea to paint the chrome taps etc black, needs to see how they look now as the paint peels. The shower tap spins beyond the hot position taking you to cold. Tile grout in the bathroom is dirty at floor level, the disabled seat is broken and sits only a foot from the floor. Safe didn’t work, balcony door didn’t lock.

The place is beautiful with nice views of the water. There is a restaurant next store that has live music (at least on the weekends) so you can listen to it while sitting around the pool and it doesn't go late (think it ended at 10:00 pm). The pool and hot tub are very nice and were very clean -- and, they ae open 24 hours. We caught a late night dip after dinner one night and another family came down with younger kids who were loving the fact they could swim at night. The breakfast is good and there is a really nice view of the water from the balcony outside the breakfast room. If you talk to the staff, they can tell you about parking spaces if it gets crowded -- that place was sold out and we had no problem despite arriving home after midnight one night. And. in terms of the room, the facilities and the location, this place was a really good value for the price. We will come back when we visit the Keys again.

The location is awesome, it’s right next door to live music and food. It came with free bicycles and kayaking and also fishing poles. We sat outside listening to the music from our room and enjoying the view.

I didn’t like the breakfast.

Staff were very friendly, great breakfast - the waffle machine is awesome (it was my first time at making waffles!) This hotel is like a tiny piece of paradise

No food or drink served on site (apart from breakfast) just one bar within walking distance The room was a little rough around the edges, broken glass in picture frame and ceiling fan was very noisy. Bugs in the room (ants I think) my first time I’m the Keys, this may be normal??

The breakfast was great. Not a hot breakfast, but nothing from a carton. Delicious bakery quality breads and pastries, serve yourself yogurt with fresh fruit toppings, and waffles you made for yourself. But the star of our breakfast was the open air feeling of the dining room and beautiful view of the cove and marina. (Which was also the view from our room.)

The balcony could have been a bit bigger, and the supplemental portable cooling unit was a little loud; however, we found that it was not needed after the heat of August in the Keys cooled off in the evening.

I only stayed for one night -- It was great for a single traveler on a stopover for sure, but I could also see how it would be nice for a family to vacation at as well. I arrived very late at night, but a voicemail was left to my phone with clear instructions on how to check in , which was helpful. The front desk workers were all so nice and lovely. Would stay again.

The room is definitely dated, but things were clean. I'm sure it probably looked not as clean as it could've, but that's due to the age of the room, etc. Very comfortable stay!

We loved this place. The room was huge (with a little place for a desk). The view was very nice (on the ocean). The bed was very comfortable... Lots of options for the breakfast and plenty of time to enjoy it (7:30 to 10:30 am). There were some kayaks and bicycles, nice pool.... nice patios to enjoy the view and the weather. The restaurant on site is very good too. I really recommend this place.

I liked that there were many activities around to do. like kayaking, fishing, ping pong table, swimming pool. Everything was clean and the breakfast was good too (that day they had yogurt, fruit, cereals, juices, boiled eggs, toast and pancakes. What was necessary for every taste. In addition, the restaurant next door offers very good food and they had live music during the afternoon that was also heard in the hotel. that was super nice.

We had a beautiful suite-like room with a screened balcony overlooking mangroves and the ocean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the free use of the kayaks and the bicycles was a plus. When we complained about a loud noise outside the room, the manager immediately had maintenance come and repair the pool pump. We appreciated that.

The hotel has seen better days and needs updating. The breakfast buffet would benefit from hot food.

There was a mix-up on the accommodation but the host was very helpful in resolving it

When we booked online through booking.com we had booked what we thought was an ocean front room with a balcony but it turns out that we were given a closet almost literally that had no balcony, a tiny window and you couldn't see anything. But the hotel operator eventually found us a better room that was up to our expectations
