Room was exactly as presented. Comfortable and laid out nicely (we have booked this same room previously). Easily accessible to airport (free shuttle) and the cruise port (shuttle for a fee, but we took a taxi). Close to CVS drug store and some other limited shopping, but acceptable walk to other shopping (if desired). Some good restaurants in the immediate vicinity and the hotel restaurant is quite good. Breakfast is available, but not included. We were also able to have our pre-cruise COVID test at the hotel. Onx Wellness lists Four Points Sheraton as one of the hotels it visits. This was ideal for us due to not having a car. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The manager stopped by to chat with us several times and was a charming man. There is an outdoor pool which is quite nice. We did not have time to enjoy it on this trip.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel is impossible to schedule and the personnel at the front desk were not willing to help to schedule the shuttle. they just said "we been so busy" which is not excuse to don't help their customers.

Some good, some bad, some needed improvements. The beds were comfortable. The staff was pleasant and responded to request for sheets and pillow for the pullout bed but the pullout bed WAS NOT comfotable because the mattress was thin and was sleeping on springs. The sheets were too big for the pullout. The floor in the walk in shower needs to be slanted more as water was all over the floor. The bathroom needs for the handicap needs a redesign. Parking was good and cost was reasonable while on a cruise.The buffet was worth the price and the kitchen staff and waitress were terrific.

Room is very spacious, hot water worked! Location is perfect. Bed was super comfy. They do not offer breakfast due to Covid, but you can purchase one for $5.00 which includes muffin, juice, banana and apple. They offer free coffee too in the morning put to certain hours only though.

If you are light sleeper and your room is facing the main road, it could be a bit loud and noisy with all the street noise. It did not bother me much, I was so tired from all my canceled flights that I was able to get a good sleep. I think the conditioner dispenser in the bathroom is broken.

The property appeared to be well kept and clean. The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom had all the amenities and extra towels. The AC was cold. Mini fridge and coffee maker a nice touch. There is complimentary parking including handicapped spots. The hotel is very close, walking distance to several food establishments and a pharmacy and has an airport/cruise port shuttle.

Some of the furniture was worn and dated but still functional. The bedspread had a minor stain/spot but it did not have a negative impact in our stay.

Free shuttle from the airport & available shuttle to the cruise port. The bar waitress was exceptional. Her name reminded me of Shakira but was Sharika, I think. She was lively. pleasant efficient.

I could not take the noise around the pool .. Different music comes from two directiions so each ear has its own tune. Same thing in the breakfasr area except there, there was 3 sources of noise.
