Beautiful location. Beautiful view. Incredibly peaceful. Basic kitchen equipment, but this was not not a problem for us. Spacious & clean apartment. The balcony was protected with mesh to keep bugs & mosquitoes out, which was a real bonus! Lots of pelicans & other birds flying about.
Noisy air con, but that seems standard! My husband (who owns a flooring store)was amused by fact that the laminate floor was coming up all over the place. This was not a problem for us, although it doesn’t look good, but this could be an issue for small children running around & needs fixing! This place is all about the view & location & I feel it’s a bit overpriced for what you get. That said, I would definitely stay here again.

When I arrived I had been on the road over 3 hours , probably like most travelers and I needed to use the restroom like most travelers at check in and I was informed I wasn't allowed to use it. She told me to go next door to a gas station because I couldn't wait I really thought that was ridiculous At the gas station their restroom was out of order I had no choice but to go behind the building There should be a restroom available for travelers when they arrive. Everyone was pleasant. We checked in late but the process was quick & painless. Rooms are a little dated but we were very comfortable. Where we were it was quiet & private. The water gets hot! Loved that. Great water pressure. Room was clean ^ presentable. Plenty of places to plug in your electronic devices. There was a breakfast but I can't commit because I never got up in time to check it out. There are restaurants, gas stations, & a Super walmart within walking (or driving) distance. Nice little town.
There wasn't really anything I didn't like. The only concern i have was the day we were to check out, housekeeping started knocking at 10 am. As she knocked once, said "housekeeping" & was also opening the door at the same time. I was changing. So I pushed the door closed. Probably in her face. My apologies for that. Housekeeping should knock at least 2-3 times, announcing who they are BEFORE opening the door.

Cleanliness was exceptional. We stayed at two other properties in two different towns and this Super 8 was far and away the cleanest.
Check in clerk was a little stressed out when we checked in, but called us later to be sure everything was to our liking. Also, I did not like the $100.00 pre authorization security deposit. I have traveled quite a bit and have NEVER had to pay a security deposit in case I stole or broke a TV or microwave.

It's really good value for money you pay. I stayed there after spending a day in Everglades and it was good choice. It's very decent motel with clean rooms and friendly staff. I cannot say anything about breakfast as I don't eat in the mornings, but it's included in price of your stay. If you need to spend a night somewhere close to Everglades do not hesitate to choose this facility.
Swimming pool was out of order but I wouldn't use it anyway so nothing to complain about ;-)

The evening shift front desk clerk was awesome. Very helpful including helping us find bath robe we had left in the room after we checked out. Loved the pancake making machine. Close to the Coral Castle tourist site and easy access to the Keys.
The hard boiled eggs were not fresh eggs rather bought hard boiled eggs.

The lady at the front desk is very nice, calling you in the room after you checked in to make sure everything is fine. It’s one of the cheapest place in the area, perfect location to get to the Everglades or the Keys. Perfect stop for 1 night
The pool was closed, which didn’t bother me for a 1 night stop but could be a problem if you stay longer. The room inside for breakfast is small but they have outdoor seating as well

I had 1 window were everyone could see me or I could use lamps that gives dark yellow light Area of hotel is not safe.... is ok to go there and sleep but better don't walk around alone

It was an excellent choice when visiting the Everglades. The room was large and very clean, good breakfast too, the only downside was that the breakfast room didn't have many tables, but there are tables outside by the pool.
