I had previously asked for a room on the first floor because I needed to take our two toy poodles out to potty. I was so pleased that not only did I get a room on the first floor, the room is right next to an exit door! The room was clean and the bed and pillows were so soft and comfortable! We were very pleased and enjoyed the breakfast the next day.

I wish that we had been booked to stay longer! The property was beautiful and the pool area was beautiful but we didn’t get to use it.

Clean studio room with great layout and staff very pleasant and helpful. Even had a little dishwasher. Very good shower head and water pressure. Comfy king mattress. Good parking spaces. Great breakfast included and to top it off pet friendly! This place was truly worth every penny!

coffee was not good so happy that Starbucks was only a 5 minute walk!

I loved the convenient location and the wonderful employees. Everything about our stay was wonderful with only a minor dissatisfaction with parking availability and the complimentary breakfast. Plenty of grills around the pool, great rooms with smart tvs, easy to find your way around, and a welcoming environment. I visited for six days with my family as a weekend getaway. I live in central Florida, but we’re originally from Homestead. Every so often we like to come back down and spend time with loved ones. So far, this has been our favorite place to stay while in Homestead.

There were nights that it seemed that there were hardly any parking spots left. Sometimes we had to circle around a couple of times until something was available. We were one car. The breakfast items were very grab-and-go. It’s complimentary so it didn’t bother me too much, but I was looking forward to waffles. Also, I get that we are still in a pandemic and that the hotel is accommodating the best way that they can, given the circumstances at hand. Oh, and the elevator went down once.

The pool was nice. The other guests were not loud in the halls. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed was not amazing. We didn’t sleep very well during our stay. We could feel the springs thru the mattress. The only reason my rating isn’t excellent.

Everything was excellent. Good breakfast, very clean, quiet and organized. We had a mini kitchen with a full sized fridge, stove top, kitchen dishes and even a dishwasher. Wasn't expecting that, but came in handy. There was a laundry on-site. Great place.

We brought our dog, it said it was a pet friendly place, but the fee for bringing our dog was $100, not to happy that wasn't more up front, kinda high. They should have that fee posted for all who want to bring their pet. Most places we've stayed at are free or about $15 extra, not $100. Out dog is a small hypoallergenic house broken non shedding breed.

Had very nice hot breakfast, varies each day. Plus yogurt, cereal, muffins and oatmeal with all sorts of toppings. Location was great for Biscayne National Park and the Everglades. Staff was very accommodating. Had laundry facilities that we used also.

The sleeper sofa and bed were just ok.

We used this for just one night as a stopover on our way to Key West so we weren’t expecting much. However, this was a complete find! What a lovely place! Staff were lovely, rooms amazing, great breakfast and reasonably priced. Shame we only stayed one night really.

Girls trip of 4. Loved it. I really loved that this property is well kept and doesn’t look worn. All the facilities are clean and beyond. Clean bedrooms, clean carpets, clean kitchens!!! Loved it. Comfy beds and a great place to come to every night and get a good rest. Had 2 queen beds for 4 adults and it was good. Truly recommend. It was worth our money! Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Parking spaces around main entrance are limited. Other spaces too far from doors.

The staff were excellent, the rooms very clean, location was except for what we required it for. The #1 thing we love this facility for is its pet policy!! They are awesome for people who travel with service animals and pets in general!

The beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. It’s odd we stayed at this facility once before and the bed was not great but I could sleep relatively well, especially compared to other hotels. This time I couldn’t sleep at all without it making my side go numb! In other words I couldn’t sleep without waking every 30 minutes. I do have an injury that prevents me From Sleeping flat on my back. Beware if you’re a side sleeper.

The room was great for having a big refrigerator a stove microwave toaster everything you would need if you want to make your own food

I didn't like anything I thought everything was great I would highly recommend staying there
