The hotel is conveniently located. There are other restaurants nearby if the free breakfast offered by the hotel is not to your liking. The Outlets are nearby, only a short drive up the road. The Biscayne National Park is a short drive away with fantastic coastal trail. A longer trip out to Key Largo is feasible The room served its purpose - somewhere clean to sleep comfortably and shower. The pool was clean to swim in or or simply relax in the shade. There is ample parking for cars.

The locals telling us that this was a dangerous area to be in. We were never afraid and felt safe. There was no evidence of crime, drugs or guns.

The staff was amazing. William, Alexia, and Sam (day desk staff) went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had. Super friendly; gave us lots of options for things to do and eat at. It’s a cute hotel and quiet (even though it’s on the main strip.The pool is great and we loved the outside decor. Tiki hut seating areas and brick oven grill.Felt safe with the nightly security guard walking around and checking on things.Hotel is close to many stores, restaurants, gas stations, entertainment,etc.

parking was limited. Due to short staff; you can only get linens during ur stay upon request.

Clean, professionally run, competent friendly staff who appeared to actually enjoy their work. I think somebody has taken this place over and is fixing it up, turning it around, renovating and making it better. Perfectly good place to stay overnight on the way through.

There's nothing wrong with this place but it's a little older; some things a little worn or a bit beat up. For example the water-saving shower head was excellent - so good that I noted the brand so I can put one in my own house - but since the diverter valve on the tub faucet leaked, all that "saved" water just went right down the drain.

The room was very clean and freshly updated. Hallways were brightly lit and freshly painted. The bed was comfortable and hot water ran with good pressure for a couple long showers. And the breakfast was amazing - 3 separate counters with several varieties of fresh, hot food including a waffle maker and cold breakfast options. The attendant never let any item get low, refilling the milk and others before they got to the bottom.

The nearby hotel had lots of people standing outside talking late into the night, but that's not this hotel's fault. Also the bar lock on our room was broken, but everything else was great

Breakfast was basic but enough. I like that I can have oatmeal with water added a lil honey with peanut butter and a fresh banana, was there as well, and it was enough. There were bagels offered and waffle batter was available as well The egg “pancake” Im not sure what was in it other than egg so opted out. But sausage was also offered. Coffee was surprisingly good. Overall great

The rooms are clean but the decor is dated but for the price you can’t complain.

Location is awesome to go to the Florida Keys. Staff was super helpful. Breakfast elaborate. Property very clean & safe. Best of all the price was lower than most hotels in the area and the overall value was excellent. Comfortable beds, small refrigerator, microwave, a desk, hair dryer, ironing board, and a small coffee maker. There's a swimming pool, that I didn't get to use, because it was raining every time I thought of it. This location is very close to gas stations, restaurants, stores, and Highway 1 going south towards The Keys. This is primarily why I chose it.

A little bit of a damp smell from the carpets. Although it seems like they've been shampooed, it also seemed like maybe previously pets were allowed. While it is understandable due to covid breakfast was limited, they could have provided more fruit varieties and oatmeal packets. A grab-and-go breakfast bag was available, which included breakfast a croissan'wich, a granola snack, and water. The door's card key reader wasn't reading the card key properly, and had to be inserted a few times before finally opening the door. That was a battery issue which should have been fixed.

Very good and friendly stuff, meet all expectations. Specially thanks to Sam he cared of us in the reception. Sam explained us to find out the proper way to Key West direction, avoiding traffic. His approach was very respectful. Alexa was helped us in the kitchen so, special thanks to her. Summarizing, we were enjoyed of the stuff and the hotel facilities. Clean, Accessible, while not too expensive. I very recommend.

Sam was very professional and informative with nearby activities, dining etc. The king room was clean, spacious, bed/bedding was comfortable and it was nice to have a tub/shower. The property was nicely maintained with outside areas to sit & relax. The grab & go breakfast offered included a pastry, granola bar, orange & bottled water and also included your choice of coffee/juices, hot chocolate. No daily housekeeping but I was able to get clean linens when I needed them.

We weren't bothered by anyone but at times, there were people just outside our door.. having conversations and smoking so it was an unpleasant feeling to smell cigarette smoke and open the door so others wouldn't see inside the room.

Location was the main reason for choosing this hotel. We were traveling between the Keys and Ft Lauderdale each day, so it was somewhat centrally located.

The regular hotel room prices went about $80.00 but because I stayed there around Christmas, the price was much more expensive. It's a shame that businesses take advantage of people when they get some time off to spend elsewhere.
