Room was exceptional, bed was so comfortable. Cleanliness was appreciated. I will normally get a little unnerved by a detail having to do with the fact that I can tell it is "a hotel room." This was not an issue. Very comfortable 5-night stay. Thank you! Also, front desk personnel always had a smile on their face and assisted as requested.

Last night at hotel (Friday night) was difficult because I had to be awake at 3:00 a.m. in order to catch a plane to DFW at 6:00 a.m. Whoever was placed in the room next to me partied LOUDLY all night. Not at all enjoyable.

The room was nice and big, and it was very clean. The pillows were pretty lumpy though. There could’ve been an extra chair. I like that the bedside table lamp had ports for a USB and a regular outlet.

Although the breakfast spread was pretty extensive, the quality of the food was really lacking. The eggs did not taste like anything at all, and I question whether not, they were even real or powdered eggs, and the sausage was grizzly, and I had a little bone in mine. I had some oatmeal, which was very very gluey. I did appreciate the fresh fruit and the Nummi English breakfast Tea was very nice.

Everything was well taken care of and the rooms were clean. When we arrived, the staff at the front desk was very courteous and had a really friendly attitude. The elevator was smooth and there really wasn't anything wrong with the room at all. The bathroom was spacious and had plenty of room away from the bed, so that there was plenty of privacy.

The pool area was closed off despite us having access to the entire hotel. Breakfast was set to be from 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM, which we missed because we ended up waking up well after the time limit was set.

breakfast very good, nice pool and gym, plus very clean room and comfortable bed and love that there was a Kurig in every room very i enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying there in the future

there isnt really anything bad i can say except maybe add some channels or have smart tvs with apps like you tube or prime or hbo max

First-time visit. Such a beautiful facility, very modern and clean. The front desk when checking in and leaving was very inviting and helpful. Rooms were quite comfortable and quiet and all amenities used were in working order. Breakfast was very nice with a lot of good choices, hot and cold. Sorry, they were not able to have a social hour that night. :) Safe feeling area with close proximity to stores and restaurants. Even though this was not a vacation town, the view from the 4th floor of the freeway at night made you feel like you were in the big city lol. We were traveling to visit family in San Jose and would stay here again.

While I liked the bathroom sensor light, with the lights being so bright having it come on when used in the middle of the night woke you up lol. Too bad there couldn't be a dimmer to go with it. But it wasnt that bad.

The staff was nice and accommodating. Plenty of towels in the room. The breakfast was pretty good.

I would like to be able to have a window that opens and not have to rely on the air conditioner. And more gluten-free bread and pastries during the breakfast and alternative nondairy creamer would be appreciated.

Very nice, quiet, clean, safe, good breakfast, courteous employees.

Thought it strange adjustable shower heads we unreachable unless you are about 6’+. 90% of all women could never reach it. Shower didn’t have a handicap safety bar mounted on wall. Either it didn’t exist or it was mounted on the glass shower side panel. Wasn’t quite sure it would be safe to grab the bar mounted on a glass panel in an emergency. Was notified check in was 3:00, arrived at 4:00 room still wasn’t ready. This did not create a problem though.

This is a great hotel! We have been staying here for a little over two months due to our home being damaged during the storms in California. Hands down the staff are AWESOME! From the check-in team to the house staff, everyone is super friendly and accommodating especially when you have a pet staying with you. The rooms are super clean and THANK YOU for allowing pets. Your team in Morgan Hill is hands down the best. I wish I could name them all. But, a sincere thank you

The hotel is modern and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room well furnished. The WiFi worked well.

The room had features I do not like, although others may prefer them: The windows did not open so no fresh air. The bathroom had an automatic light, which required me to cover it with the ironing board to keep it from brightly lighting the room in the middle of the night. Also the bathroom had a permanently running fan, which I find to be an annoying noise. Finally, the elevators made banging, clanging noises and the posted permit expired 5/22. Time for a new inspection. I won’t stay again - mainly because of the bathroom light and fan.

The room (and bed) were very comfortable and clean. It had a small fridge and microwave, which was very handy. The bathroom was spacious and clean, shower was great, with all amenities stocked up. Breakfast bar was very elaborate, one of the best we have experienced, with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, juices, coffee, etc. Early morning coffee was also available prior to the breakfast area opening. The lobby had a comfortable seating/eating area with a TV.

Really there were no negatives, but there is a bar area in the lobby that was not yet up and running. Would have been nice to have a cocktail!
