Location was perfect for the swim championships across the street. Room quite "micro" but actually all we needed. Bed was comfortable.
5 of the 10 wall plates in the room were so "wide-holed" that any plug put in them didn't stay! Had to charge phones in bathroom; fortunately we didn't have a whole gamut of electronic devices. Breakfast was non-existent; horrible burritos, no fruit, very little offered. Either don't offer breakfast or don't call it a continental breakfast. Windows blocked some of the highway noise, but we'd hate to hear what it would have been like, had we wanted the windows open! Would be nice to have ice maker/water on each floor, instead of just downstairs. Price of room a little high for what we got.

A little weird with the glass behind the bed, I don't see the purpose of them. The man at that checked us in was a little rude.

We didn't get any clean towels as we must have missed the service at the time because we were sleeping. Called front desk and they were immediately brought to us.
The bathroom floor was not cleaned very good as there was long dark hair on the floor. The toilet paper was very difficult to reach and toilet was too low.

Leticia was probably one of the best employees persons, people ,we have met at all the hotels we have ever been to she definitely deserves to be looked at for management position she was amazing made our entire 5-day trip there go without any problems and it wasn't just with us she acted like this with everybody...

The location was very convenient to hop back on the 101 Freeway. Staff was very accommodating. Facility was clean and well kept.
The breakfast was disappointing. Only pre-packaged items. No eggs, no cereal, no yogurt. Not really breakfast.

very chill, Leticia (the worker at the front desk) was the best, super friendly and super helpful!! she mentioned it was still her first week working there which surprised me because she did a great job and was the nicest
no microwave in room, very small amount of breakfast options and you only get one, had to ask for fridge to be moved to room

Staff was excellent, they tried to help with the noisy guest above me numerous times throughout the night, but could not offer me another room because they were totally booked and also I was traveling with a 89 year young person and wouldn't want to wake her to move rooms. Friday night was perfectly quiet, Saturday noisy due to a bad guest which the staff did their best in a bad situation.

Safe area...Other than the aforementioned, this is a pretty darn good hotel. I loved the on site laundry ( 1 washer and 1 dryer)....it helped! The staff was very accommodating!
There really isnt many parking spaces to accommodate all of the construction workers/drivers with long trailers. You must get back to your room earlier enough to secure a parking space or park on the street...but sho wants to leave their tools,truck-load vulnerable?

The staff was very friendly and check in was very smooth. It's accessible to fast food restaurants whether you choose to drive or walk. Area was safe, not bad for being next to the 101. It wasn't too noisy.
I can't think of anything that I didn't like.
