The staff were available and helpful 150%. The bed and pillows very comfortable, large room and looks recently remodeled. We had a room on 1st floor. Close to office and we'll lite. Parked car in front of room. our room #104 was close to office. Shower in room with tub. No pets allowed.
People sitting in shrubs outside of hotel room until late. We were fearful of leaving our room. We did not go to breakfast because we were not comfortable walking outside.

Check out 11am. Because sometimes we stuck outside we decide to pay out of pocket to get us a room. For treatment artithris n to keep me warm under the roofand to avoid head injury in cold weather btwn 1Am to 3Am. We paid full amounts without reservation of discount. We likes to stay little long. But for you to know Our wishesto check at noon. We are disability deaf. We really love your place and the supporter my neck from your good pillow. It help artithris fade away. It was quiet and comfortable. It was nice to have office chair and extra side chair. It was easy to connect our electronics and do our work.
Only one garbage can, coffee maker was too high to fill with water. Had to bring down in front of microwave to prepare for coffee. Is it possible to place on dresser. Thank you

The room was remodeled and everything worked in the room. The morning staff was really nice. We were only in the room late nights and early mornings to sleep. Very quiet no loud noises.
The soda machine took my money. Hotel not responsible. No breakfast, they should omit that from their Ad.

The room is big and the bed was comfy. The tv and air conditioner works. The shower was ok. It is really close to Gilroy premium Outlets.
There was no breakfast at all. We woke up with another guest angry and saying a lot of bad words next to our room because of someone else cars parking.

The front desk staff were very accommodating and even allowed us to check in early!
The common hallways could have been tidier- sadly the Continental breakfast area was not open to guests- however they still provided coffee and juices and danishes in the lobby. The hot tub was also out of order. It seemed as though they had done some remodeling in the rooms and some walls still needed to have a finished paint job.

Our room was very spacious (Jr King Suite), and had everything we needed. There was a desk for work and a nice chaise lounge. Bed was comfortable, and despite being at the front of the property facing a busy street, it was pretty quiet.
Needed extra towels, asked at the front desk (around 7pm) and was told they didn't have any, but she would double check and call the room. She never called us.

The location, most definitely a plus plus… close to breakfast restaurants, gas stations, Gilroy Outlets, shopping, it was very convenient.
In all honesty there’s nothing I can say about this facility that I didn’t like, on the contrary the customer service is always amazing very professional. Thank you Stephanie for your help.

The whole place was redone, new paint, new tub, tile, toilet, sink and counter, beds, TV, WOW! Even the outside was repainted.
Well not much, if you really want to know, I did not care for the paint selection in the room. Or the red bed cover for the room. Also, our remote didn't work very well or it was to difficult for me to use.

it had availability when almost nothing else did, and didn’t gauge - appreciated! convenient, not far from freeway, next to good convenience store, awesome food nearby. Staff were nice. it was clean, comfortable, easy parking.
