The design was really nice and it was really easy to get checked in. I also loved the staff, they were really friendly and made my stay that bit more enjoyable. When I was worried about the windows (see comment below) the person at the front desk was super lovely.

I didn’t like that the windows were taped in, as I was travelling alone it was slightly unnerving.

Location is absolutely fantastic. Very central to Beverly Hills and the surrounding restaurants and shops. Lovely and safe. The room was perfectly clean and the smart tv is a plus. For the price it’s a great hotel. To be in this location for how much a room costs is fantastic value. The car park over the road was perfect also as an alternative to the valet. It cost us $16 per 24hrs and was very secure and easy to use.

Whilst the hotel is nice, the photos used have clearly been edited. The rooms are pretty dark and don’t match the photos. The furnishings are the same so you know it’s the same as the pictures however the lighting does deceive. There are a few cosmetic details they could update, possibly a lighter repaint and better room lighting/new switches and it would transform the room - but for the value these aren’t problems to worry about.

I stayed in room 219 and the toilet still isn’t fixed. Last time I was here, it had the same problem. also, I ordered food from the kitchen at 4 PM . not long after, I had a knock on my door, and someone from the front desk told me that the kitchen opens back up at five and they will bring me my food then. I never received my food so I went downstairs at 5:30 PM asking about my food… they said they didn’t have my order, but they will make it for me. because of this extreme inconvenience I thought it was improper that I was charged for my meal. There was a lot of miscommunication and a lot of waiting. I just think it was really poor business on their behalf.

Excellent location, absolutely brilliant, can’t beat that. Friendly staff. Aesthetically pleasing inside and outside.

Location is king esp if you want to stay in 90210, so this hotel is defo a winner. A few improvements however necessary - rooms’ tiny (which again is fine for the location) but why would you have/need a fridge? get rid to have more space. Sink water didn’t drain. Would be nice to have a luggage storage for guests as any other hotel would do. Even when you’re married, some things are best left private - a door rather than a curtain for the bog would help.

The hotel is in a great location - easily accessible by car or public transport. The hotel room was small, but perfectly clean and safe. Beds were very comfortable. The staff we met were very friendly.

The first night the room was a bit too warm and we found it hard to figure out the air conditioning, but other than that we had no complaints.

The help and support I received from all of the staff. They were personable, friendly, and very helpful.

The fact that there was no ice machine available. I had surgery; this was one of the recommended facilities from the surgical center. There was no ice; the refrigerator in the room had no freezer, and I needed to make ice packs.

Great location. Yes, the rooms are tiny. But mine was nicely furnished, stylishly decorated, and very comfortable. I was on the ground floor, I didn’t hear a lot of noise from the street. There was a small fridge in the room, which was very convenient.

The parking situation wasn’t great. I paid for two nights valet parking. I don’t think there’s really anything the hotel could do about this, however.

Location was great especially being in Beverly Hills.

Rooms were small but were exactly as expected from all the reviews I had read. Also it was noisy, would request a room on the second floor if I stayed again as noise was coming from room above.
