The hotel has a very cosy feel and everything felt very personalised. The rooms are Luxe, spacious and well appointed. The balcony is a bonus. But what made this hotel stand out for us, was the service. The staff were all amazing and always obliged. There was nothing they could not do for us.

The cafe looked a bit dull to me. It's a nice space, they could easily improve it.

Excellent service, right on the arrival I was offered a late check out free of charge. This shows how smart their property management is. They satisfy both customer experience, as well as ensure that guests spend money/time on extras (while otherwise there would be no guest at all). Rooms are clean, excellent Frette bedding, bathrobes, great minibar. The suit was really comfortable and well thought through with all the little details! The stuff was overall very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent if you plan to spend some time shopping/hanging in Beverly Hills.

I think the pool areas requires modernisation, it is quite a small space (so making it more spacious, potentially, otherwise just refurbishing). There is a large empty area, which I guess is used for the events, but it would makes sense to repurpose it in a way that it does not look abandoned (at times with no events). It felt a bit off in comparison with 5-star experience in other areas. I was also not too impressed with quality of meals, both room service and restaurant. Ordered pasta with butter and cheese for a kid, everything was swimming in the butter and the portion/presentation looked like I got it from a cantina. On the breakfast, I ordered fresh fruit, they were not really fresh, coffee/cappuccino also requires an improvement.

I liked the design of the place and the bedroom was spectacular. The room was very comfortable and we were provided with the pillow of our liking. The hotel is very clean and up to the 5 star standard. The toiletries were by diptyque, one of my favorite brands. the bedding was excellent with high thread count and the towels were very clean and changed daily. The lights of the room seems updated and was easy to control near the nightstand. The room was very spacious and the closet space was big. Overall, i recommend this place and will definitely be back.

The parking was expensive.

The property was amazingly well maintained. Fresh flowers tastefully done. Staff mostly well trained and accommodating. Our room was impeccable with many welcomed amenities. When we arrived to our room a plate of fresh fruit and Evian water awaited. The valet staff couldn’t do enough to accommodate us. The housekeepers were professional and attentive. My only disappointment was the dining experience. Food average and selection disappointing. We definitely will return to L’Ermitage soon.

Dining experience not eventful

Beside big nice room, comfortable bed and a pool on a rooftop, we loved the service starting from front desk to house keeping, valets and chefs. We were allowed to check at 12, not the usual after 3pm in most of the hotels. We were given a complimentary late check out at 3 pm which was extremely helpful. Berenice was so helpful to find an item we forgot in the room. We have stayed in many hotels, but me and my husband both agreed that service in this hotel was outstanding.

I would say this is one of the best hotels in Beverly Hills, we wanted to upgrade the room and they did it complimentary. the check in and check out process was very fast and smooth. the room was very big considering other hotels in LA with a balcony. Separated dressing room. They had our initials on the pillow and everyday we were receiving different welcoming messages along with fruits and candies.

I was absolutely amazed with the outstanding customer service that I received from the moment I stepped out of the car. I have stayed at many hotels but never stayed at a hotel where I literally felt like I was at home.

Good location, cheerful and helpful staff, impeccable cuatomer service. Room was very clean and spacious, appreciated the thoughtfulness such as water bottles and towels n the gym. They went above and beyond as upon checkout, our Tesla was fully charged. That was a nice surprise.

The location is perfect. The staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. 

I wish I got a discount. This is the third time I stay in the hotel so I wish they have a loyalty program. Or if I can collect points for my stays

The staff made all the difference in the size of the room, as well as the Furnishings was rich.

The exterior of the hotel looks kind of normal almost like an apartment building, but do not be fooled by the cover, because what’s inside is truly five star
