Very kind, friendly, and genuine people: Philipa, Brian, Kenya, and Josh! There is one more person I forgot the name of! I stayed in this hotel for about 3 weeks. I kept extending my stay. The location is great. The hotel is clean. The coffee in the room was great. I would book this hotel again when I go back.
No food available after 9 pm but you could always do food delivery at any hour which I usually like more than food at hotels. But after midnight food delivery is only McDonalds.

I had one of the suites, very spacious and reasonably quiet despite being on the 3rd floor, as S Spalding is not a main through road. The windows are not double glazed though, so the nice saxophonist playing till 2:30am was a little too late for me. The room itself is very comfortable, but a little dark in the summer when the trees are all green and the leaves prevents the sunlight entering. Wifi was excellent and fast.
A shower cap as one of the room amenities would have been nice, otherwise, the suite was great. I also appreciated the welcome glass of wine. In terms of facilities, dining options could be extended so that they would serve lunch past 1:30 or open the bar a bit later as it closes at 10pm but I understand that extending the hours probably would not justify the extra cost for staff. The meal I had (breakfast) was delicious and perfectly prepared.

The property is a good central location, with a short drive to most areas of interest. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The property had a good level of cleanliness, but underneath the bed was grim. Parking per night was $40 which is quite steep when you’ve already paid a premium price for your room.

location is walking distance to major areas in Beverley Hills and to great roof top bar at Waldorf Astoria round the corner. 1 bed suite was lovely. comfy bed. pool area clean and tidy. little bar was nice.
staff on front desk on check in on arrival could have been more helpful. other staff and bar staff very good. Asked for a quiet room, changed it but you could hear other guests above us.

Friendly, helpful staff, convenient parking (for a cost, but worth every penny in my opinion), clean room, great location, quiet, not too much traffic, great places within walking distance. Got upgrade to king suite from booking.com and it was a great value. Beverly Hills is charming.
The description on their web site and booking.com wasn't completely accurate as to amenities (perhaps because of COVID) but it hardly mattered because it was still a great value and very nice place to stay.

Very pleasant stay. Close to Rodeo Dr, in that it is a short walk...about 10 minutes. Quick to jump on the highway, and really quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

A great hotel in a great location, a 10 minute walk to Rodeo Drive. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. We extended our stay and will be here for nearly a month. Try get a room on the top floor so as not to hear the people above you.

The Mosaic is in a great location near restaurants, shops and a beautiful area. We stayed in a few different rooms, a king room, a king corner room and a suite. All were great. Staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Michael
