It was very nice.. clean and staff was nice. I will go back.
They only have valet parking which was fine and was $45 but they didn’t let me know it was coming out of my deposit when I was checking in and questioned parking. So the next morning when checking out I handed the valet girl $45 when I was ready to leave so she can get my car and she said nothing about hotel taking out of deposit. So I paid double for valet.. you should have said something when I checked in and questioned it smh.

If you like pleasure boats and marinas, this location doesn’t get any better. Great views from all areas of hotel. Restaurant and bar overlook marina with easy access to great walking. Food was quality and quantity. Room were larger than most and bathroom was even bigger. Hotel had guest laundry facilities—welcome after a week of travelling.

Jessica at the front desk at Marina Del Rey Courtyard Marriott went above and beyond and made me feel very comfortable. I was having a medical procedure so she made sure my stay was great. The room was amazing and everything was great!

Our room was not ready for check in at 4 PM it took an hour and a half to get it. I requested valet to be comped since nothing was offered but a drink ticket for the inconvenience. Also the exhaust fan in the bathroom with a shower was not functioning

It is lively and in a beautiful setting overlooking the harbor. It is very open and light. My room had a view and was very comfortable especially the bed.
I did not have a car and there were no shopping area within comfortable walking distance. I needed some written information about the area but, due to Covid, there was nothing in the room. I got a map on request. It was Labor Day weekend and the room rate was very high but I really enjoyed the hotel.

The located is great. room was very nice and clean. Outdoor pool is nice and also the bar area. Unfortunately our waitress for the bar was very drunk and was not very attentive and made our margaritas with what seems like straight liquor; the drink was horrible.
Check in time is at 3pm I arrived around 3:20pm and my room was not ready. I was told to check back in 30 mins. Went back around 4:30 and room still was not ready, waited another 10 mins before it was ready.

Mixup with housekeeping and front desk...so didn't get our room clean when we wanted. Would like self parking option. A hassle sometimes especially if you're going in and out alot. And tipping every time

I loved the bed, super comfortable.
I didn’t like the staff here at the property, they weren’t welcoming. I stood around before having to ask myself to check into my hotel as well as what to do with my luggage while waiting for my room to be prepared.
