The staff and manager were very accommodating to our needs. We were arriving late at night and they allowed a late check-in. We had children traveling with us and they allowed a later check out so that we could attend our training conference. The staff was very nice. Check out was seamless and receipts were delivered to our email. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless. The breakfast was excellent. The coffee was replenished regularly. The manager bid us goodbye personally up our checking out. A very positive and pleasing experience all the way around!

There were no negative experiences.

Their daily breakfast buffet had a nice selection. The beds were nice and comfortable.

I would've like to have been able to sleep in a bit longer, 10 maybe? Housekeeping started too early. The walls also seemed thin because we could hear our next door neighbor conversations. I was also charged "hidden" fees,so I'm planning to call the hotel directly.

Quiet hotel with all the amenities you need. Surprisingly good breakfast, considering it was a buffet with fairly standard items. I am on a low salt diet but was able to find fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs and English muffins. The coffee was excellent. The tables comfortable. The guests very considerate in CA's new COVID-relaxed environment. The bathroom set-up very clever and convenient. Comfy bed. I am prone to insomnia and slept soundly. Our room overlooked the beautiful pool that must be closed during COVID...sigh...next time.

The breakfast and the location was good. The property had ample parking slots and was just off the highway. The staff were polite and helpful.

Some way to provide good drinking water in the room would have been great. The walk to the restaurant area to fetch water was not great on a wintry day. Could you look at providing water fountains near the ICE stations in every floor.

Asked for early check-in which was denied. People talking very early in the morning and knocking on doors next to ours were heard quite load inside our room. View of parking lot, nor nice. Some people without masks and nobody interfered

Breakfast was excellent and the lady that was taking care of the dining area was extraordinary! Food was great and it was so nice and clean at all times! Also the front desk lady helped me print my boarding passes and went above and beyond for me!

Comfort, staff, and the breakfast. Great job as usual.

The remote for the TV did not work. They gave me another, but it did not work either. They told me that the maintenance personnel were not on duty.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good too.

The only thing I didn't like, and it's not even a big deal, was the fact that the bathroom door was self closing. I like to keep my bathroom door open when traveling solo.
