The location was easy to find and close to the freeway. The hotel was under going remodeling. The room was clean, with a microwave and mini frig. The bathroom was well stocked and clean. The beds were very comfy and lots of pillows. Checking in and out were a breeze.
The access panel under bathroom sink was open and I had to replace the door to close it. The pipes were exposed. The shower-head was stiff and hard to adjust due to the height. Water from the shower leaked over the edge of tub to the floor due to inability to adjust the shower-head.

The staff is always great, I'm not sure of her name but she there early morning, amazing women, very friendly.
Unfortunately tub was clogged, the shower spout was too high that when water came out it hit the wall and I couldn't move it down or any direction so water went everywhere. There was trash in the room, left over beers in the fridge and a half drunken soda.

No pool yet but that's ok next summer maybe it will open
Have stayed here before its quiet clean the staff is friendly and beds are so comfortable just over the hwy are shopping centers with lots of food choices and just a bit away from hotel is mexican taquerias

I did not expect anyone to enter my room because the notice was sent to me online that there would be no maid service. Because of the pandemic, I did not want anyone to enter my room, so was surprised they did.

The staff is very accommodating. We were booked for a room with slightly broken chair and I told them right away. The staff transferred us to a different room.
Telephone in room is not working. AC needs a little upgrading.

It was under renovation. It was a bit noisy. But they changed my room the moment I complained about it

I loved coming here it was so peaceful and quiet. It’s renovated so everything is so nice and there is a brand new parking lot amazing staff and locating will definitely be coming back. Worth it and the price !👍:)
