Location was excellent. We are from out of town and visit Campbell often. The property is in our favorite area and in walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and recreation. Room was spacious and pull out bed was a great added bonus. Plus, early check in was available! Katy, Sean, Nicolas thank you.

The pool area was a bit untidy. Trash on the ground. Wet dirty towels on lounge chairs just left behind. The pull out bed had a dirty sheet on it(one call to the front desk took care of it).

very close to many amenities, clean and very nice staff.

the property had a large event booked below our room that went until midnight and even carried on into the lobby. The staff told us about and did a nice job of trying to handle it but it would have to nice to know when booking that it was not option to move rooms or just not be located there if we were not part of the event. It was extremely loud, disruptive and kept the whole family awake. It was not appropriate and something I have never I experienced while staying as a guest at a Hilton location. To then find the party goers in the lobby at 1 am playing cards and drinking still, so loud you could hear them throughout the hotel, it was a bit much.

Beds were super comfortable, room spacious, great location for my stay, next to Prunyard shopping mall with great food and shopping options. Staff helpful. Nice pool and gym. Avoid the morning hours for the gym - it gets really crowded.

Better grab breakfast somewhere else, it's not worth the money - especially for longer stays. Room was not well hoovered.

The location of this hotel was excellent -- walking distance to great shops, restaurants and even a Trader Joes! The hotel room was large and the bathroom was clean and updated. We used the pool and hot tub, and both were great.

Just the beds -- the pillows were thin and the mattresses were extra firm and not comfortable. But the large room and clean bathroom made up for it.

Size of rooms was great! Good location to places to eat. Relatively quiet. Clean and updated.

No bell service to assist with luggage. Limited luggage cart and none available when checking out. Elevator was slow. Somewhat difficult to park due to limited spaces, I don’t think hotel checks if non-guests park in some of the spots.

Everything was great at the hotel. The rooms, the staff and the facility overall. We would return here again. They had a nice snack shop with munchies and drinks. The kids loved this feature. Over all a great stay.

The only issue we had where the keys for one of the rooms didn't work. We took them down and they replaced them. They had Todo it twice. But this was not a deal breaker for us. We will return.

Gorgeous renovated very large spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds, nice contemporary style, renovated recently and the renovated lobby is nice. Perfect location in the middle of the Pruneyard which has shops, lovely restaurants, beautiful design to the outdoor style mall with gourmet ice cream, Peet's coffee (amazing coffee and good Impossible Meat Vegan Just Egg breakfast sandwhich), an incredible gourmet bubble tea shop, Trader Joe's, TJ Maxx for whatever you forgot to bring, Whole Foods across the street,

everything was perfect, the only thing was the noise if your on the first floor. the people outside walking by and in the halls was very loud. I still love the convenience of no elevators

Great location. The room is clean and cozy.

The room is at 1st floor near pool. We had to roll down the curtain all the times for privacy but the lighting is thus poor during the daytime.

Integrated with Pruneyard. Having Pete's, Pacific Fish, LUNA, Burger Lounge, and Trader Joes was fantastic. Good alternative meals was great.
