Quant and beautiful Inn and convenient outdoor access outside hotel room to courtyard. Gracious staff at breakfast. Enjoyed the walking trail nearby and swimming pool size and hot tub access.

There weren’t any chaise lounge chairs in pool area. Bedding wasn’t changed with maid service- beds were found as they were left after maid had visited our room. Limited amount of electrical outlets. Was uncomfortable and unsure what to do about middle of the night loud talking noises outside hotel room door during one of the hotel night stays.

Location was great. 5 mins to campbell town on one side, 5 mins to pruneyard shopping center and just across campbell park for some fresh air. Room was well equipped for that size. microwave to heat food, refrigerator to keep things cool, i love the water boiler/coffee machine. The housekeeping lady... always very cheery and helpful. Counter staff too. Had a great stay.

Overall appearance first impression was... old. Could do something to spruce it up.

Very clean. Staff helpful when help needed to operate tv, light and frig when they were not working upon check in. No other problems.

Last time I/we stayed there, it was before COVID. At that time, breakfast was a beautiful “dine in” buffet in the breakfast room. Assuming that minimal items at a take out window is a casualty of that service. Signage asks not to take food items outside the area, although nice to sit around pool for breakfast this time. Also good to have staff at the window!

Very nice swimming pool, and not crowded. Spacious rooms. In-room fridge and iron.

The breakfast is really limited, especially since the post-Covid changes (take-out as opposed to buffet), and mostly unhealthy. The bathroom is spacious enough (plus there's a separate sink outside), yet the WC is cramped. The bathtub/shower needs better curtains. WiFi was OK but the Internet connection could blank out especially at night, I understand this wasn't exactly the hotel's fault (rather the internet provider's) but still.

The room was a little dated, but very clean. It had a microwave and fridge with freezer. Even though the facility was a little older, the shower looked like it had been redone and was very clean as was the vanity. There is a great walking path right next to the parking lot and it is very close (walking distance) to the historical district where there are many bars and restaurants. It's right in the middle of everything. I was able to get an uber at 5 in the morning too. Very quite, cozy, and comfortable.

Breakfast hours were a little narrow, i.e. 7-9. On a weekend, it is nice to have it until ten, and on a weekday nice to have it start at six. I missed breakfast both mornings I was there due to my schedule. Otherwise a great experience. Quick to check in and out, clean facility, etc.

Not a fan of the breakfast, but HOT coffee with good creamers YES, and the bacon and sausage alternate on different days, both are good to eat with coffee to wake up. The room is HUGE felt like an Accessible room because the Shower was the size of small walk-in closet, like 400 SF lol, and the bed was amazing, I don't know if it's Memory Foam or something similar but it was every moening no back pain like I had the very first night sleeping in my own bed when I flew back home. I love Campbell and I love the Campbell Inn, it's got a special "dive" location in my heart that matches my slum-dog-millionaire mindset. So, it works for me and I will definitely stay there again as that's the only place I'll stay when I come to the Bay.

Only a few times did I feel like my neighbors tried to open the middle connecting door to the next room, I definitely saw and felt the door being jiggled but I just put the nightstand and a chair in front of the door in my room and locked it, and one time I said "Hey! I'm in here." and then it stopped, and I think when they saw me walk by they knew they F'd UP! lol because I'm 6'10, 300lbs, and I don't fret, but I digress, other than that one or two-times occurrence I felt right as rain.

I should mention that the lamp next to the bed on the right side did not work at all. I tried to put a new lightbulb in it but it still didn’t work. Also, I would have appreciated if there was an electrical outlet next to the bed in order to charge my phone at the bedside at night. The only electrical outlet available for me to use was at the sink area to charge my phone, which I found inconvenient. Other than that everything was great!

The staff have always been exceptional and very helpful (I have stayed here several times) The location is ideal for me - a short walk to downtown I find the beds very comfortable and I like the ease of the temperature control.

The furnishings are showing their age a bit but are acceptable. The bathroom sink in the room I stayed in on this occasion was missing that piece you pull up to close the sink and there was black mold or dirt around the faucets.

Didn’t get to eat breakfast would be nice to go to 9:30.

I had incident someone smoking pot with vent system blew right into room . Gave me headache and worried about granddaughter. Staff was nice. Suggested to use exhaust fan and offer change of room but was ten at night. They investigated to stop further problem

Location and room was nice.

Only negative and I'm nit-picking mind you, was breakfast the exact same thing every day. Maybe throw pancakes or waffles every 3rd or 4th day for variety. But just nice to have breakfast at all.
