Staffs need to communicate. We paid for a room with breakfast included . When we tried to get coffee & grab & go, staff at the breakfast said we have to pay . We told that staff we paid for breakfast included . He sent us to the lobby . We ask the staff at the lobby , he told us we supposed to get grab & go and coffee. He said to tell the staff at breakfast area to call lobby staff to clear up. As we came back to the breakfast area , the same staffs said “no one gave him that information “ finally he got a copy from front desk and gave us our breakfast. So much for grab and go breakfast and two coffee!!!
Breakfast & coffee should be available for those that booked and paid “ breakfast included “ . Customers should be able to get their own food and coffee . Staffs should communicate better .

Everything was perfect although I asked to check in early and was going to be charged 100. Also asked to checkout late and was told I’d be charged 100. I get it if you were sold out but not even close to sold out. Was charged 37.00 a day for parking regardless if the garage filled up or not.
All the additional fees. Guest should get to park for free!

The room was spacious and clean. I had an issue with the air conditioner, which was fixed very quickly. The bed is comfy. Wi-Fi is free, stable and has a good speed. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only 6 minutes away from the San Jose airport.
The breakfast is incredibly expensive. It isn't included in the room price but it's hard to find a place to eat anywhere else around the hotel in the morning.

The hiotel was a great location for an event I was attending. The room was huge and the bed was super comfortable. The TV had lots of channels. The staff were friendly and helpful too! It was a great nights stay.
I wish the hotel did room service. I also thought that I would be expecting to have a bath in my room as this was listed on the booking, I however did no have one.

Beds are very comfortable! Pretty and clean hoel.
No complaints, really. Rather pleased except no microwave in room and the bar closed at 10:00 pm - should've been open on a Friday/Saturday night especially when an event is happening in town. Otherwise overall a great stay. I'd recommend 👌 P.S. Teddy, the concierge was awesome. So sweet polite and helpful.

the rooms were clean, large, and comfy. the bed was wonderful ! The gym was clean and large enough with equipment I could use . I like the store. prices were not outrageous
coffee service ended at 10:00. the Wi-Fi was spotty. I tried to extend my stay at the front desk for the same price, but I was told that they couldn’t help me and I would have to get my reservations online.

The staff were prompt and courteous. The location is excellent for convention goers. Parking accommodations are easily accessible and easy to secure. Rooms are clean and spacious. Many excellent eateries well within walking distance.
Water pressure was poor. I also would have preferred check-in time to be much earlier, rather than having to wait until 3:00pm.

Housekeeping when cleaning neighbouring rooms is very banging on the door ! But the cleaning is good, the rooms are always clean.

Bar service and bar staff on Saturday night were rude, slow and very unhelpful... Drinks in lounge store were hit and told we could get ice on 10th floor , but then after complaining they decided they coukd get us ice right there...
