I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my experience. While the stay was generally acceptable, and I truly appreciated the warm and helpful attitude of your staff, as well as the delicious and varied breakfast, I unfortunately encountered an issue that left me quite disappointed.

After having to change rooms twice due to the noise from technical machinery in certain areas, I received a call from your reception manager. Instead of addressing the matter professionally, I was spoken to in a manner that felt threatening and impolite. he was in a managerial role responsible for ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction, I believe the approach should have been more respectful and aligned with the standards of service your hotel aspires to maintain. I kindly request that this feedback be taken seriously and that steps are taken to ensure such incidents do not occur again. Guests should always feel valued and respected during their stay

The room and the bathroom are very big with 2 sinks , a bathtub and a shower cabin , the metro is 6 minutes away from the hotel if you go from the back side . The staff is very nice and friendly , they offer 4 water bottles , coffee , tea , sugar , powder milk . You can go by feet to Mall of the Emirates . Around the hotel are supermarkets , restaurants and shops . Burj Al Arab is close but you need to go by car . For the price I paid , it was a very nice experience and I recommend this hotel . I don’t know why is rated so low , I didn’t find any big issues , but rather a positive experience.

The hand soap was put in the bottle of shampoo The plugs were not working fine , I had to put something under chargers to sit in a certain position in order to work . The furniture is kind of old but I found this in most of the hotels in Dubai of the same range

staff were exteremly helpful, room was upgraded, really clean and cooperative. Special thanks to staff for helping us, considering we have a special needs family member( Modether , Rahma, Karem, and astma from reception) (Ali, manager) (Vikram and akra cleaning staff)

I was on the third floor and I could clearly hear the music from the lounge room at midnight; it was really loud. They don't have a laundry coined service for washing, and there is no access for pool for disabled people with wheelchairs. However, everyone was really helpful! Thank You

The staff were super polite and friendly. The kitchen staff and the head chef was amazing. The cleaning team were quite good. Overall you could see the presence of the staff almost at any time of the day/night so you knew someone would assist you if needed. I would like to specifically thanks the staff at the reception for the dates I stayed and the chef.

The access to some areas are a bit difficult and the distance to the airport is quite a lot. Another thing is not the issue with this hotel but multiple constructions which slightly impact your walking to the Metro and The Mall of Emirates (I guess those will be sorted in a year or two).

I like the staff very cooperative to help me arrange room decorations for my anniversary. The first I check in and request them to make decorations and they said will inform me by call when housekeeping has no busy because after check in I need to go back work until 5pm. And in office I got call from the hotel and they told me if no have housekeeping free so they can't make decorations for me and I said ok. But when my bf reached hotel and he msg me that room so amazing with awesome decorations they are made. It's so surprised for me bcause they just want to make surprise also, then when I reached hotel again around 5pm the reception show me the pic of the room and derectly I go to my room and look at that so amazing 😍 Thanksyou so much for help me make some good memories for my anniversary 2 years so fantastic ❤️❤️ next we will stay there again for the next enjoyed to stay there.

From the moment I arrived, my experience at this hotel exceeded expectations. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming — the receptionist was incredibly kind and even upgraded my room from a deluxe to a junior suite, which was a wonderful surprise. One of the standout moments was the security lady who went out of her way to assist me all the way from the gate to the elevator and even opened the elevator door for me — that level of care really impressed me. The room itself was immaculate, spacious, and featured a balcony that perfectly suited my smoking preference. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. Room service was spot on — the food was delicious and arrived on time. What really surprised me is the hotel's low rating of 7.7. It deserves at least a 9.2. I’ve stayed in far less impressive hotels in Dubai with ratings over 8.4 — this one clearly outperforms them. I absolutely loved my time here and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

If I had to point out one small downside, it would be that the TV wasn’t a smart TV, so I couldn’t watch YouTube or stream content.

What we like the most is the location, the hotel place is accessible to everything like the mall, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant, etc....We also how the staff approach us during check-in, specially Ms. Lucy. She is very friendly and enthusiastic. We have a comfortable stay. Its worth in terms of the value.

There is one staff in the pool area, i was not able to get his name. He is not rude, he is also friendly but what we didn't like is giving instructions to us. We cannot just move to one place to other area of the pool because he doesn't want the floor to be wet, he will wipe it right away. Even how to use the towel, he will give a comment.

Everything was superb,,very friendly reception staff ♥️,from check in till check out time everything was smooth . Daily Housekeeping with proper cleaning , facilities and the location are the best , 5-7 min to metro,7 min to mall and many groceries and cafeterias around with affordable prices .Very Spacious room, Highly recommended for family with kids too.There are few bars in GF but there is no noise and it didn't bothered us .Tried 3 of them and I would say that Monkey bar was having the best cocktails, music and food too.Nice Shisha on the roof top, I recommend during sunrise or late evening in order to see the beautiful view of Burj Al Arab .The swimming pool area was very clean and very well maintained ,kids enjoyed . Will stay again. Thank you 💕

The only thing which I didn't like the we the wifi.Needs improvement,it's slow and sometimes the connection it's not coming in some areas of the room ,need to move and to search for the signal again and again.

Location of the hotel is very good and the room sizes are extra good. Good stay. Only bad thing was that I forgot my neck pillow, which they didn't return to me even they knwe that I was staying in other room with my brother after completing my booking.
