This hotel has free parking lot with two level, enough space, i can always find place to park my car. The distance to the mall of emirates is only 5 minutes walking, i like visit the mall at night and i have no worries even if i carry a lot of stuff back from the mall. The room cleanliness is okay and with swimming pool on roof top.

The facility in the room is not so well and needs repair i think. for example the button of the sink and the water comes out from the tap always splash out. The design is not so good. The trash bin moves easily, too small and looks fragile. There is no bathtub in the room, only a very small shower room. No balcony, not able to open the window. The corridor carpet has some bad smells. The breakfast i paid for is 55 AED per person, very expensive compared with what is provided, the choice is very limited, most food are cold dishes. I think it's only worth no more than 28 AED, so i only eat there once and the rest of the stay it is better to eat at the mall of emirates.

The hotel smelled really nice and felt clean and comfortable. The staff was very hospitable specially Mr Asif and Mr Khalid. Their diligence and engagement made it super comfortable and homely for us. The house keeping by Mr Sohail was also satisfactory timely and efficient. I have mentioned all the staff names because that is the effort put in by them that I remember their names. The location is also very convenient.

felt a little understaffed: Breakfast time (could be it the hotel was busier thn usual) Calling room service support at times took longer marbel/tiles in the room dull. not much of a problem but steals from being an excellent experience to a good one.

Shoura and jona and clare were amazing, they helped us with everything. The pool is also very good temperatured, and the view is very pretty from up there. We only wish if it would be open longer than 7PM. The beds are the comfiest ever, and the rooms are super tidy. Shoura took care of our bags, and he was very professional.

The property is located in a very convenient location next to the Emirates mall and there are a lot of convenience stores nearby to buy small things. Also there are nice restaurants within walking distance. There are other services offered in the lobby that you must take a look at - Desert Safari, Rent a car, etc. The Hotel staff is very helpful and courteous. I would like extend my sincere thanks to Shoura for making our stay comfortable and welcoming. The rooms are always kept clean and tidy when we are gone outside. It was nice to come back to a clean room every day.

Some furniture in the bathroom is a bit worn out. For us the shower area got clogged but it was resolved quickly when brought to the notice of the staff.

The people was very nice, everytime asking if everything was ok, we enjoyed so much, thanks to Shoura, he help us a lot.

Reasonably priced and excellent location (5 mins away from the Mall of Emirates) with friendly and helpful staff.

We were very happy the first few days of our stay BUT as soon as it was Friday night they had extremely LOUD MUSIC playing until 3am! It almost felt like we were above a club. We were offered rooms on a higher floor but that meant we had to pack everything and move in the middle of the night which was inconvenient to say the least and although better, the music could still be heard. Apparently, this happens every Friday and Saturday night until 3am, and we were not the only guests affected. I really hope they take feedback on board from guests and reduce the music significantly or stop it earlier because apart from that, it would have been an almost perfect stay.

The room cleanliness’s toilet

First of all, I would like to express a heartfelt THANK YOU! to the staff at this property - especially the front office staff. We felt very welcomed and were pleasantly surprised by the possibility of early check in. There was really no request that we could not have answered - e.g., where to go, what to see, inquiries regarding dry cleaning etc. The room we booked was spacious and comfortable, very clean, there was plenty of bottled water provided and daily housekeeping. We even had sand vacuumed out of our shoes in the middle of the night after a trip to the desert.... Talk about customer care! :-) Towels were clean and fresh, and there were even bath robes for the rooftop pool (which is small, but amazing, especially in the morning). The location of this property is also very good as there is a Metro station nearby as well as large mall. We only tried breakfast twice and it's not just continental. You have options for every taste as well as freshly made omelettes. Overall, just exceptional.

Just 2 points of improvement: The ceiling just above the shower has some damage and the paint was peeling (quite annoying as it would fall as we showered). We did let the staff know about this issue. the second thing was the noise from the nearby nightclub. On some nights, it was quite loud. As we were on the 1st floor, I assume this was amplified. We only realised this during our last night of stay, so it did not make sense to ask for a different room.
