Excellent service, great location, very comfortable bed and great sized room and bathroom. I would stay here again, for sure.

Overall the room was very clean, however the spoon was covered in dust/fluff and looked like it had been sat there for a while. The coffee table needed another clean and I found a hair in the bathroom after room service left. Also, I was asked twice to give my review on the hotel’s device. Once at breakfast and then again at checkout. I declined both times. I feel as though asking for a review and standing there watching while someone writes it, puts pressure on a guest to give a positive review. We should be expected to write an honest review in our own time and definitely not while at breakfast when our time at the hotel is not even finished. It is a lovely hotel, though and my stay was very comfortable and pleasant.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom was clean with a powerful and hot shower. I absolutely love the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided in the bathroom as opposed to those tiny bottles usually used by hotels that you have to struggle with and needs daily replacement. The Staff were friendly and very quick to respond to any requirement. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

I was previously put in a room with a bath tub which was very slippery and I almost had an accident, however after I complained I was moved to a room with a walk in shower immediately one became available and I didn’t even have to remind them. Breakfast could do with some more variety.

✔ The room was very spacious, clean and cosy. It was in perfect condition and was equipped with all the described in description facilities. Also, we can say that it had good enough soundproofing. The room was properly cleaned every day. ✔ The breakfast was great. It had lots of different options and all of them were very tasty and fresh. Also, I was afraid that most of the food could be spicy, but that was not the case — every morning there were lots of dishes that were not spicy. ✔ All of the hotel's staff did a great job: they were very kind, polite and attentive. We really would like to thank all of them for their good attitude. ✔ The pool on the roof was clean, big enough and with a comfortable temperature. Also, there were comfortable chaise lounges near the pool. ✔ We used the room service several times: every time it was fast and the food was fresh and tasty. Also, prices in the hotel restaurant were very affordable. ✔ For us the hotel's location was very comfortable. It's located in the geographical centre of the town near the Mall of the Emirates and so we could travel fast in all directions through the city.

We don't think we could highlight any significant problems which happened during our stay. There were some minor problems which were politely and promptly resolved by the hotel staff.

The pool was nice, and having a gift shop with good pricing in the hotel was convenient. Judith and Khalil were very accommodating and friendly during check in. Shoura and Jona were helpful during check out. We were offered water both during check in and check out. The hotel parking was free for guests. We got a call from the reception to check if we needed anything for our room, since we had the do not disturb sign on during out stay. The TV had a chromecast option. The location is very good, quick walk to Mall of the Emirates + metro, and The B1 Mall. Our room was not ready yet for check in, so they kept our luggage for us while we went out for dinner, and they brought our luggage to our room for us. The staff were very friendly and we really appreciated that.

When we got to our room after checking in, it was quite dusty, the TV remote was covered in dust, and we had to wipe it clean. The room does not smell good. We asked for air freshener, and it only helped for a few hours. The furniture also looked worn out in some places (rust on the bathroom sliding door, cracks in the wood of the bathroom drawer and room's desk). Limited TV channels to watch movies, there were no MBC channels, only Dubai One.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful and amazing experience I had during my stay at your hotel. The staff, especially Mr. Khalil, was exceptionally helpful, assisting me with everything I needed. I am truly thankful for his dedication and support throughout my stay. Please convey my special thanks to him. I look forward to visiting again in the future, as my experience was so positive that I am sure I will repeat it. This hotel has free parking lot with two level, enough space, i can always find place to park my car. The distance to the mall of emirates is only 5 minutes walking, i like visit the mall at night and i have no worries even if i carry a lot of stuff back from the mall. The room cleanliness is okay and with swimming pool on roof top.

The facility in the room is not so well and needs repair i think. for example the button of the sink and the water comes out from the tap always splash out. The design is not so good. The trash bin moves easily, too small and looks fragile. There is no bathtub in the room, only a very small shower room. No balcony, not able to open the window. The corridor carpet has some bad smells. The breakfast i paid for is 55 AED per person, very expensive compared with what is provided, the choice is very limited, most food are cold dishes. I think it's only worth no more than 28 AED, so i only eat there once and the rest of the stay it is better to eat at the mall of emirates.

Service was very good. We interacted with Shoura which was a great host. Close to mall and skidubai. 2 minutes to small supermarkets. Clean rooms, comfy beds for a good night sleep. Bar at the top(although high prices for alcoholic beverages - but that's to be expected in Dubai: ex 60 dirhams for a beer)

Nothing really to complain. Everything was nice. Just stating some things we missed: poor selection of wines at bar(but it's something common across Dubai) You don't have great places to stroll nearby when you compare this area with Dubai Marina(but that's why this area is cheaper)

Shoura From the very beginning of my stay, the service at this hotel was truly exceptional. The shipment manager was incredibly professional, taking care of every detail to ensure that my experience was perfect. From the smallest requests to making sure I was looked after right up until the moment I got into the taxi for the airport, the level of care and attention from the management team was outstanding. You can truly feel that they take customer service very seriously and make sure that every guest feels valued and supported throughout their stay. The atmosphere in the hotel is warm, welcoming, and of a very high level — it feels like a home away from home, but with all the polish and standards of a true five-star experience. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the metro station, making it very convenient whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. It’s a perfect place for business travelers, families, or anyone who values comfort, quality, and great service. Every morning, breakfast was a real highlight, carefully prepared and served by Akash, whose attention to detail made every meal special. There was a large selection of fresh fruits, many delicious warm dishes, and a special corner for fresh pancakes, omelettes, and eggs made to order. Everything was fresh, varied, and beautifully presented — the perfect start to every day. The rooms were equally impressive — they looked and felt like those of a true five-star hotel: spacious, modern, perfectly clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning was ideally positioned for perfect comfort without being disturbing. Every little detail had been thoughtfully planned, and there was truly nothing I could fault. The swimming pool was another wonderful highlight — spotlessly clean, refreshing, and a great place to relax. Everywhere throughout the hotel, the staff’s professionalism and warmth could be felt.

There was absolutely nothing to regret — everything was simply perfect.

The location was great, near mall of emirates, near pharmacies and restaurants. The service was really good, everything we asked for we got. We had a problem with the air conditioner of the first room and they tried to fix it twice but still wasn’t as good as we wanted, but then Mohammad Shura made sure to transfer us to a better room with better AC and better view that was something really great! Cleanliness is good but I would go again just for the service!

Should provide fans for customers who need it. The soundproof wasn’t the best we could hear the room in front of us and they had kids, but we weren’t bothered.
