The hotel is brand new so everything is very modern. Very clean. Staff was really helpful with all questions we had.

The room was very compact, so there's not much privacy in the bathroom for example. The shower water was leaking towards the bedroom after use.

Everything was very clean and organized. I liked the decoration of the room and the bed was comfortable. The wi-fi connection was good. And the staff was always attentive to us. Overall it was a great stay.

Location was great! Hotel and staff were great.

Some issues with water flowing out quite substantially of the shower/bathroom into the room. Staff took the feedback but just gave us extra towels.

The location was very accessible, the customer service was top notch and it felt nice to come back there after long days at the beach/walking around town to relax. The 5 bus stops right outside the front door, and all town busses pick up right around the building. They have an excellent coffee shop in the lobby with a co-working space to plug in. Lots of bar, restaurant, bakery and gelato options right out the door! Old town is a 20 minute walk and the surf beach is 35 minutes. Enjoyed being away from the craziness of old town but close enough to visit.

The pillows weren’t very comfortable and the lighting wasn’t great. There was a mildewy smell in a couple of the rooms, so I was unfortunately not able to stay in the original room I booked; but the staff took excellent care to make sure I was comfortable.

The bed was very comfortable, amazing aircon, l lovely high ceilings. Staff very friendly. Loved the location just a short walk from the beach and a very frequent and quick bus into town. Nice bakeries, cafés and bars nearby too.

We would’ve benefited from a few more helpful instructions in the room. No beach towels available. The room cleaning took place in the afternoon when we were already back in the room getting ready to head into town. I would have preferred pictures of the actual rooms so you can see in advance that the balcony isn’t large enough to sit out on. No complaints though really, these are just a wish list.

Location was great, beach is a short walk away. In a very nice little busy street with all the shops cafes you could need, especially as there is no breakfast available at the hotel. The coffee shop in the hotel is really good and a relief to have a decent coffee after two weeks of terrible machine made coffees' in the various hotels and apartments we stayed in France Belgium and Spain. The bed was very comfy, and the room super stylish overlooking the town square from balcony of the period building. Staff were always very helpful and warm.

No breakfast available but that was a minor issue as the cafe down the road 30 seconds was vibrant and great. The bed moves too much and would be better if fixed to the walls somehow. The shower floor isn't configured well so the water runs all over the toilet area as well and floods it a fair bit. You have to move water back in then make sure a bath mat is at entry to room to wipe wet feet. No parking but there is free parking about 8 to 10 mins away or 2 - 3 mins away there's 24 hr available on Aizkorri Kalea for about 3-4 euros.

Location great, and staff as well, considering we were there in the 2nd week of opening there was a good buzz and atmosphere. Nice coffee shop and good bar/restaurant within the ground floor already with a buzz. Walking distance to the beach for a late afternoon dip. Decent shops in area.

4 hangers only. Sparse room amenties/facilities, eg bathroom right in the middle no separation or really a bathroom, toilet door could hardly close and in sight of the room no privacy in bathroom, toilet smelled of sewage (just opened, this happens in new buildings), no water boiler.

Great location less than 10 euros in a taxi to the old town or 20 minutes walk along the sea front. Hotel is quirky with the relaxing sound of jazz music playing. Really comfy bed, quiet and sizeable balcony. Finishes to a really high standard. Hotel bar really good and amazingly priced. Best bakery/cafe in San Sebastián directly opposite.

Could do with a bin in the room and an iron. Toilet could do with being a little more private but fits the theme of the hotel in its modern finish.

Newly opened. Great style with a unique design. Stylish room with comfortable bed. Fantastic barista in-house and a lively wine bar. Super attentive staff making sure our visit was perfect. Great location in Antiguo with walking distance to the beach and restaurants & cafes nearby. Thanks for making our wedding anniversary special!

Parking is quite a distance away. the hotel had run out of spaces at preferential rate. We tried to use on street parking nearby but got a fine from the police.
