Nice and helpful service. Feels safe within hotel complex. Everything was very clean. Most of the times, when I went to the pool, I had it for myself. Quite empty that time of year.

Noisy during the day because of a massive construction side in the valley near by, but if you're on tour or the windows are shut because of the AC, nothing too bad. Would've loved to have a small bar at site, as you have to drive 5-10min up and down many steep roads to the next location.

We absolutely loved the staff and the size of the rooms. The staff was so kind and helpful, always available for any questions you have. They really go above and beyond while being super discrete and respectful. The rooms were super clean and spacious. Great view and really well equipped. We also enjoyed the pool very much. Overall, we can’t wait to go back to this place, great value for the price.

Parking was sometimes hard to find if you come back late from your day, we had trouble finding the hotel initially but the staff helped us a lot to navigate.

The apartment was excellent. Large, airy, and very spacious . We were upgraded. A few complimentary items left for us. Very comfortable overall. The welcome was excellent, staff very helpful and attentive.

The hotel was situated at a very high elevation.The surrounding area and beach was a reasonable walk away, which was fine going down, but you needed to be quite fit and definitely very mobile to walk back... all uphill. The elevator in the property had limited reach. There was extensive building work going on opposite the hotel at another property, which was noisy. The management told us that this should have been finished some time ago. We felt very sorry for the staff as they were so helpful and accommodating..

Out of the tourist cruise ship area. Quite, relaxing,and very clean and comfortable hotel a rental car is a must from this location.

There are a few food options with in walking distance, if you are( in good shape) and can climb hills and lots of stairs. Otherwise you must drive to other better food options.

Everything i been staying at PRINCESS HEIGHTS for years and is always pleased ..never fome in contact with staff othercthan at the check-in process with the receptionist .Very pleasant and professional 👌. Place very quite and peaceful no disruption never see other guess itsvlike we are the only occupants 😄.Just love ❤️ this place.

We didn’t have the breakfast. The setting was stunning with beautiful panoramic views!

The bbq was exceedingly difficult to get started. I believe the hotel should provide charcoal or else replace it with a modern propane bbq.

Location was very remote and roads were very steep and not paved well. The pool was on the cliff and really not too inviting. The place was not bad but there was nothing around in the vicinity of the hotel

Better linens, bedding, pillows and mattress. None were comfortable.

The check in lady was very helpful, rofe with us to get up the hill to our room. The one bedroom apartment was very large, with sofabed, balcony, kitchen, large bath, ànd nicely appointed. Great view! The swimming pool was awesome in addition to being a 10 minute walk down to Dawn Beach.

Only thing was it's not really within walking distance to restaurants, although it's a short drive. The Westin hotel on the beach had a pool bar open so we ordered drinks from them, which worked out well. It was also slow season, so there may be more open during season.

I think the brakfast was ok but not more than ok. We asked for fruit and got like an apple and some grapes but the grapes was not nice.

More options for breakfast would be nice!
