The location was perfect. I mainly chose this hotel because of the location. I stayed during a high season (Asian Cup) and so the price was higher than expected. Nevertheless, the breakfast was good, the room was clean and good, and my sleep was extremely comfortable. They could make use of renovation for the bathrooms (they are clean but old). The bed was very comfy.
House keeping was somehow slow. One day I went out and came back at 4:00 pm, and my room was not cleaned yet! I think they need more housekeepers during the high season. Most days housekeeping was not done before 01 pm.

The team was super cooperative, we are travelling with a person with special needs so needed some help at the gate , restaurant, service breakfast at room . All was given and honestly the staff was amazing supportive. The Valet team helped a lot . Thanks for making our stay happy 😊

Perfect stay. Very attentive staff and always ready to help. Perfect the supply of free water everyday in the room and the room service work really awesome. I was feeling very comfortable and would be easy to hire any other service even from the desks of the hotel. Buffet service for breakfast, lunch and dinner complemented with the steak restaurant in the same place. Also Al Bidda metro station it’s only 5 minutes far away walking only. Really awesome stay and would be nice to repeat next time.
Nothing bad. Eid Mubarak was crowded but really not disturbances for the guests and the attitude of the staff never showing angriness for the noisy kids or the families.

The receptionists of both shifts,(Indian Guy in night and two philipino ladies in the morning) WERE SOOOOOOO KIND, TRUE EXAMPLES OR REAL HOTELIERS, AND THEY REALLY PROVIDE SUCH LUXURIOUS HOSPITALITY ❤️ the rooms were excceeding expectations, didnt had the opportunity to try the food cz i came late around 03 and no one picked up the call from room dining, so we had to order from the outside even tough we faced challenges to get the food delivered to us due to some management rules..but overall. I will definitely come back there just to see the Lovely always smiling Reception Staff, Real hoteliers🤍
the fact that food cannot be delivered from outside, they can just provide a paper in which the consequences are out of the hotel's responsibility and the guest will sign it than he can Get his food delivered from outside, CZ OBVIOUSLY NOT EVERYONE IS GONNA LOVE THE FOOD IN A LIMITED ROOM DINING MENU, if they answer ..
