Warwick Doha

We stayed 4 nights with my family in Warwick Doha Hotel. Breakfast is very good and has many options. Pool and jakuzi are amazing on the rooftop. Guys at the door are very helpful with bags. There are towels, hairdryer, iron, slippers available in the room. Also food can be reheated and robe is available too on a request. Metro is just 3-5 minutes walk. All attractions in Doha are nearby.

I booked two rooms and requested for connected room. They did not provide, by saying it is full. We had to wait for half an hour to get our first room and to get the second room at the same floor we waited for an hour. The first room 323 was smaller than 325. Bobby from the reception seemed rude at first, but she was able to give rooms at least on the same floor. The rooms were not very clean and had dust on furniture. Also there is a strong smell of Arabic perfume in the lobby.

I have the pleasure of staying at Warwick hotel, and it is truly a remarkable experience. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant staff, everyone contributed to a positive and enjoyable atmosphere. Our first rooms were not according to our expectations, after changing the rooms. We can say now that the rooms are not only impeccably clean but also thoughtfully designed for comfort. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities showcased the hotel's commitment to providing a top-notch experience for guests. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. One highlight of my stay was the dining experience at midnight when we arrived late. The hotel's restaurant offered a delightful array of culinary delights, each dish expertly prepared and presented. The location is also convenient, providing easy access to key attractions and transportation hubs. This added convenience enhanced the overall convenience of my trip. In conclusion, our stay at Warrick hotel surpassed expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers. The combination of exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location make it a standout choice for anyone visiting Doha, Qatar. 1. The price is really good compared to other hotels. And this is a 5* hotel as it has all the necessary facilities. 2. The breakfast is great, has many options although the coffee is not great (button machine). 3. It is a short drive distance (we used Uber) to the Souk.

1. The personnel is really nice, they say 'yes' to everything however they sometimes do not understand what they need to do/bring/help you with. (for example: the advices requested from concierge) 2. The pool upstairs on top of the roof is nice to have, however the fake grass gives an un-clean feeling. 3. We had to ask multiple times for extra shower gel, towel etc given that the cleaning staff did not leave sufficient int he bathroom.

Their service is impeccable. The staff from front desk, room attendant, security guards, bell boy and L'auberge crew were very accommodating, prompt and attentive to all the needs of their guests. Breakfast was sumptuous, with varieties of selection. The spa attendant, Ms. Niken was very friendly and even showed us all the amenities (spa, sauna & massage rooms) although we ran out of time to avail all, would highly recommend their services plus factor is that she's from Bali :-) The pool was small but we love it, especially the improvised waterfall that handily massages my body! :-) Train station is just next to the hotel and Lulu Supermarket is a 5-minute walk. We had a free room upgrade!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at warwick hotel and I can't say enough about the exceptional assistance I received from the hotel staff, particularly Christy at the reception. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, the service was nothing short of outstanding. One particular instance that stood out was when I needed some guidance on local attractions and dining options. As she provided me with a detailed list of recommendations but also took the time to personally explain each one, considering my preferences. Her knowledge and enthusiasm for the area truly made my stay more enjoyable. In summary, my stay was made truly memorable by the exceptional assistance and hospitality of the staff. The commitment to providing outstanding service sets a standard that others should aspire to. I can't wait to return and experience their hospitality once again. Loved the classical style theme of the hotel, the wooden surfaces in the room, breakfast was pretty good and varied, specially the orange juice, fresh and unadulterated :) Staff was courteous. Shaded parking was great, location was good, not too crowded, not too quiet , but I had a car, its probably a bit of a walk or a short taxi ride from the most happening places. Rooftop pool along with the jacuzzi is nice for families with kids. In short for the money I paid, this was excellent value

If I have to mention one area of improvement, i think the cleanliness could be slightly improved - some surfaces/floors werent spotlessly clean, some carpet patches looked a little worn out.

The hotel stay was EXCELLENT! The staff were extremely accommodating and were available at all times. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic! The rooms are very neat and tidy. The value for money is super good and not at all overpriced, unlike other hotels who offer LESS than what warwick offered! The facilities, room, and staff behaviour all contribute towards this hotel's worth. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable.

The check-in took a lot of time, but it was understandable because there was only 1 staff member doing the check-in. The view is not too great either, but the rooms are good.

The bed was super comfy and the room was very cozy. The hotel has a swimming pool on the terrace which is quite nice to relax by. The hotel itself is approx 7mins in a taxi from the corniche and many malls.

It wasn’t the cleanest room and although I asked to have a non smoking room, the hallway had a horrible cigarette smell and my bathroom also which tells me the room next to mine had smokers inside. The housekeeping staff are very sweet but didn’t need to knock at my room twice to ask if I was happy with the stock of shower gel they provided.
