Radisson Collection Hotel, Warsaw

Great location , food and staff . Couldn’t and wouldn’t fault any of this. Just what you come to expect from Raddison .

Few issues with room , cracked mirror , dust in certain places. In a few hotels I’d ignore this, however we all expect the very best from Raddisons, so was worth a mention to staff. The issues were noted and checked, but not dealt with, however it was only a 2 day stay and I wouldn’t expect such a quick turnaround. However a complementary coffee would have been nice to be offered.

The Radisson Collection was absolutely fantastic, starting from the friendly, smiling and kind reception service - highly professional and service oriented. My room was a Premium room, spacious, super modern, clean, comfortable bed, beautiful view with trees (5th floor), quiet. I slept 12 hrs! The breakfast was fantastic with variety of choices and although very busy, the staff were again so friendly, attentive and service oriented. I have stayed in many hotels also in Warsaw (Mercure and Novotel) and I am a world traveller and this hotel has a super service, cannot be compared to the other ones I have stayed here. Thank you so much, you made my stay absolutely relaxing with smiles!

There is nothing to complain, everything was perfect for me.

Location is good - center, but away from the crowd. A lot of restaurants and coffee shops around. Greek restaurant just across the street is very good, also Ogród Smaku - authentic local cuisine of high quality. Small supermarket just nearby. Bed are comfy, good choice of pillows. Nice spa with small pool. We’ll stocked bar, although for a 5 star hotel you can add more quality beverages also.

Weak water flow in the shower. I mean VERY weak. Do not try to wash your head - use spa showers or hairdresser around the corner.

Enjoyed my stay and had a great time. I rarely stay at hotels, but I liked this one. Great beds, big rooms, clean, good service, decent staff, amd great concierge (Francisco is a cool dude!). Hotel food was good! I didn't try the breakfast, but the restaurant food was nice. Bread was good. Staff were friendly (Hello Anna!) I enjoyed the gym - even bigger than my normal one, so really good setup, I enjoyed the pool and especially the sauna. Location is good, but depends on where you will spend your time. With a e scooter it was like 10 min to old town, 25 min walk. You can also walk to more local areas. Coffee in the room was good!

There were a few small errors/problems in the room that annoyed me a bit. The toilet handle was broken/loose, the flush didn't work, the trash bin was broken and a spotlight was on that didn't turn off. The hotel solved the issues and also had an alternative for me to switch rooms, which i appreciate. But it's not the things you want to put your focus on at a 5* hotel. Please fix those issues before you rent it to a guest :)

Spa (and mainly the gym) is over expectation. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was (expectedly) relatively pricy but very tasty and pleasant sitting.

We paid extra for "premium" room, which was supposed to be in a high floor with a view. We got a room on the 4th floor, which obviously is not "high" for a 10-floor hotel. After complaining, we were moved to 9th floor, however (as was explained to us) the view was a building block just next to us. Not even the street. So... I would suggest Radisson to eliminate this room class, as obviously it doesn't add anything to a regular room, and just causes frustration.

The hotel's location and breakfast were both excellent. as well as the cleanliness of the room.

I booked a premium collection room with a bathroom that has a bathtub, a big sink, and a glass partition for the shower as shown in my reservation. When I check in, my bathroom doesn't look like the one in the picture of the premium room. It went with the type of collection room. and they give me a room with a connection. Even if he doesn't ask me, it will be a linked room, and there were some noises.

Very clean hotel with polite and friendly staff, good facilities, huge and tasty buffet and clean rooms. They have free treats and prosecco near the reception for guests, which is amazing! I visited with a small child, and the staff was very helpful with making her stay comfortable as well. They have a small playing area for children in the restaurant where breakfast is served, which is great. The room we booked was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The room had all facilities you'd expect.

Nothing really! I am being nitpicky. It's about 2km from old town 1km from central station so the location is decent, not the best possible. Though the palace of culture and science is about 900m. The jacuzzi was a bit small, though.

It was our 5th stay in this hotel, we like the location, size of the room, gym&pool.

This time our room was not very clean, surface was dusty and sheets were not clean. We asked to change sheets and they did, so everything was fine at the end. Staff was very polite all the time, but during breakfast they forgot our order. We were waiting for almost one hour, when we finally asked when the food is going to arrive, waiter said he forgot to order. We understand mistakes happen, especially when it is busy, but dirty sheets first, then forgotten breakfast...there is a buffet there as well, so if you see it's busy, I guess it is better to grab food from there rather than order from the menu

1) The room was clean and spacious. Service desk responded to our needs and complained timely. 2) Breakfast was great, the price included À la carte and buffet. We loved the vegan corner in there and nothing to complain about. 3) The executive lounge was ok. We liked dinner there because the food and drinks were more varied and vegan friendly. If you like to drink, it's worthy to stay there from 6pm to 9pm. 4) The TV had Chromecast built-in function. We can cast Netflix and music to the TV by phone. 5) The automatic blinds in the room worked well and easy to use.

1) Our room had a rusty kettle and it's not good to boil water. Although the staff helped us to change for a better one, it would be better if the hotel staff found this problem first than the guest. 2) It would be better to have breakfast in the lobby restaurant instead of the executive lounge because the food and drinks in the lounge were limit and not vegan friendly, nothing amazing. 3) The operating sound of the coffee maker in the room was too loud.

Overall it was very new, clean, modern hotel, nice design touches.

Location is a bit unfomfortable in the city. Also some fruit at the breakfast tasted “onion” .. ( just need to change knives when cutting veggies and fruit); the person who made omletes and eggs was a bit unexperiences as we always received half unbaked inside omletes, needed to return. Also we had a small dog, that we could not bring to the lobby bar together (also could not leave at the room, so we were made to separate or do things outside the hotel) which caused a bit confusion, as the hotel is pet friedly, dog was welcome to all of the other vity’s restaurants… it is very well trainned dog, no barking or misbehaving.
