Warsaw Hostel Centrum

We booked at 22.30 after missing our train home and checked in after 23.00 which was very convenient for us. The location is quite good - not too far from Warsaw Central. They have a luggage storage room free of charge. The WiFi is excellent. The beds were comfortable and there was a lamp & socket with each bed. The toilets were fine - I didn't have a chance to use the shower but there were hair dryers in the bathrooms.

The lights in the corridor outside the rooms are on (and very bright) all night so that every time someone opens the door the whole room lights up. As you would expect staying in a hostel, you can hear other people all through the night. I used earplugs so it wasn't too bad, but I could still hear people coming & going and talking loudly outside the room. Maybe a better sealed door would help.

I was placed in an 8-bed dorm room but paid for a 6-bed dorm. They didn't give me what I paid for, or allow me to pay in cash when I asked them to allow me to do so.

The location is amazing - close to Warsaw Central train station, The Palace of Science and Culture with interesting street artists, cheap places to eat, and shopping malls; 20 mins walk from Old Town. It's also very quiet because it is located in the backyard of a church and residential building. Very nice lounge area, wi-fi really good.

The biggest flaw is that they don't have enough electrical outlets in the room and they are not conveniently positioned (too far away from the bed). The easy way to overcome this would be to have extension cables provided in rooms.

Location was excellent !!! It was right in the center and just a 10 minute walk from Warszawa Centralna station which made it very convenient to get around. Facilities and bedsheets were clean. There is a comfortable common area where you can sit and socialize with other travelers. They had strange cage-like lockers under the bed which you had to slide out of the bed to open which can be a bit loud if you need to get something when everyone is sleeping, but they can store a lot of luggage!

Staff helped us out when we needed it, but they felt a bit cold compared to my experience with previous hostels.

Great location, there is plenty of bars around, and short walk to the airport bus and train station. Easy access to the gate and room. Comfortable beds . Clean space and bathroom.

There is no common area ust some desks and tables suitable to work but not very sociable. Place is good for short stay. I would appreciate the soap under the shower. At night is Very hot inside the rooms there is a little fan so it's okay for those who sleeps on the bottom bed, but if u have a top bed u may feel too hot .

The place was quiet and clean despite the winter snow and wetness. The reception is manned 24 hours round the clock and they have a strict rule against smoking inside the rooms. It is accessible and a few minutes walk to Warsaw Central Train Station.

I used my maps to access the place and could not get the right entrance. I tried to call the phone number provided but the phone went unanswered. I finally got directed after asking from a restaurant nearby. It would be great if the phone is also manned round the clock.

All necessary amenities. Perfect location. A big landmark is the palace with the clock (Palace of Culture) and the church attached to the hostel which is a easy attitude for oriantation. The central station is a 15-minute walk away. Although it is very close to major boulevards, the place is quiet and pleasant. Good protection of individual rooms.

The places for personal luggage are too noisy and a bit inconvenient. The doble beds could have been wooden, for greater comfort.

The weekday staff knew English which was helpful Throughout the day housekeeping was constantly cleaning the bathrooms & showers Had a locker which can comfortably hold a big backpack Beds are better than average for a hostel

This hostel is more geared towards Eastern European backpackers and some of them were very loud and profoundly told me numerous times Americans should be dead Weekend staff only knew Russian & Polish, which meant if I had a problem I'd have to wait until a weekday

Central hostel with a well equipped common area. Common area: well equipped kitchen. Coffee for 20 zlotys available. Games, books, newspapers and computer available. Small outside area with benches, mostly used by smokers. Bathrooms were clean and there were enough available for the amount of people. Luggage room available. Bedroom: We stayed in a 4 beds bedroom. Bed was comfortable and rooms not noisy at all.

Bedroom: We stayed in a 4 beds bedroom. The lockers are quite small, couldn't fit your suitcases in. The room in general is very small, a bit too small for 4 people. There's no curtain to shut your bed.

Location is awesome, next to the Presidental Palace, right in the city center. Safe place for sure 😀 hotel door opens by code, that u will receive at the hotel. Wifi works perfectly. Few bathrooms, choose any u like. There were toilets separately also. Teapot, cup, spoon, tea and sugar, 1 big towel were in the room. Place were to hang clothes also. And a mirror. Everything u need basically! It was quiet in the hotel. By the way, the room is located on 2d floor, so be prepared, if u have lots of bagagge. In general hotel is recommended to stay in, if in Warsaw!

TV wasnt working (worked itself, but connection was poor, not possible to watch). Cleanness 7-8/10 (some hair laid in the room and bathroom)
