The hotel is located near the center of the new city. By walking easyly all you need could be reached. The personnel is really responsive. The room was perfect. All you need is in it.

I could say that it was strange for me to pay at the check in, but nothing to be given to you till check out. No proof that I gave my money till check out. First time experienced that ! No problem finally, at check out receipt and invoice given! During an electricity cut in the night, the door lock at my room started to make sound, like someone is trying to unlock the door and that really scared me! This was for 2 hours!

Excellent and complete breakfast (eggs, meats, cheeses, etc). The staff were very helpful; spoke English and went out of their way to accommodate. Having a restaurant right next to us as well as others nearby was also a benefit. Also, I'm a gym rat so I liked the fact that this place had a gym. Nothing elaborate but you can get the basics done.

Okay, if you're traveling from another country, you'll likely go to the Warsaw Gdansk station. That's 45 minutes from the hotel so you'll need a taxi -- and they are not easy to come by; at least, not for me. I started walking then flagged one down about 10 minutes into my walk. Now, if you arrive at the central station you have a very easy 18 minute walk. Straightforward. But this hotel is a bit of a walk to the old town; roughly 30 minutes. I'm a walker so it wasn't a problem for me but pick your poison. You'll either want to stay in the old town area or near the central train station.

I assumed from the booking process and the booking website there would be a refridgerator however this is not true. Some rooms have them but not all. You may need to request one at reception and they will oblige. I understand the background as to why, for environmental reasons they may wish to limit the number of rooms with refridgerators which may not be needed. Maybe it could be an option in the booking process but I suspect they are reluctant to offer them to every booking.

Breakfast was excellent for a 3 star hotel - to the same as you would expect to see for a 4 star hotel. Bed was comfortable and I had a good night sleep. Clean towels and bottled water replaced each day. Room was properly cleaned by staff when requested. Sufficient hot water and water pressure of shower was sound. Temperature of room can be adjusted to your own personal taste. Location was not so much of a problem if you are don't mind using public transport or prepared to catch a taxi if getting to the tourist sites in the old town area, prada etc - public transport is cheap and easy to use if you come from the US, Europe or UK. No safe in room but it is a 3 star hotel so this may not be a valid point. In a 4/5 star hotel I would expect to see a safe in report. Gym - small, not a good variety of gym equipment on offer although ibis styles is only a 3 star hotel - not a negative point. Free bottled water on offer is a nice thing to have when working out.

The hotel and the room had a brand new feeling to it. Everything looked quality and was very clean. There was a carafe in the room which you could use to grab drinking water from the machine in the hallway (both sparkling and still available). The pillows were a bit tall and stiff but I still managed a good night's sleep out of it.

When you are paying by card there is an option to pay in Zloty or in your local currency (Euros in my case). Ignorantly I chose Euros as the currency on my bank card, but this made the €196 booking a €208 euro one. What I mean is, paying in Zloty and having extra fees by your own bank rather than the hotel is more than €10 cheaper. This applies elsewhere in PL as well where you are given the choice. What I didn't like was that the hotel staff didn't give me a heads up about it and as we were in a rush I didn't realize to double check either. Additionally, the TV in my room needed the power cord removed and put back into the power socket otherwise there was only voice & no picture, but this was a minor fluke and probably a one-time thing.

Hotel seems to be new. Rooms are very comfy, I loved the bed. Haven't slept that well in the hotel in a while. I loved the breakfast restaurant in the 7th floor with beautiful view over Warsaw. Exactly what you need to start your day on a high note. Food was good, staff very friendly.

Hotel is nicely located but you have to consider walking some distances to main means of transport. There is a bus going right next to the hotel but it is not the most efficiently connected line. I didn't mind walking especially with beautiful weather but just something to be mindful of.

The staff is wonderful. Special thanks goes to the reception staff who were working on the morning of the Dec 29th, when I suddenly fell unconscious. The ambulance was called imidiately, the help was provided by the staff before ambulance arrival, they were really very caring and nice. Really appreciate that. Also special kudos to the housekeepers and breakfast staff. They are really doing great job. What to say more? The breakfast is delicious, the bed is comfy, the soundproof is perfect, the room was very clean. The view from the room.. well, it could be better, but not the worst one. I really liked staying at Ibis styles and I will definitely come back one day, thank you!

The cleanliness of the room also deserves a special mention – it was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast spread was not only delicious but also offered a wide variety to suit different tastes.

Really modern, clean, quiet and functional with well thought-out rooms at budget prices. Wifi was great; nice hot shower with good pressure and a sink with a plug (always important to me!). Breakfast being on the 7th floor gave a nice view over the city, so this was a good choice in the design.

Not much, to be honest. The breakfast could use one or two additions (more fruit, some potato options, better cereal) but there was a good selection and it was kept well replenished. No pushing or stressing as it wasn’t busy.
