Holiday Inn Express Warsaw - Mokotow, an IHG Hotel

Everything was good, were clean, personnels were polite. Room big and clean. Breakfast was tasty.

It is very clean, practical and next to tram stop and very close other modes of public transport. The rooms are big enough, clean and practical.

The only thing I didn't like was the room was not noiseless. You can hear every noise.

Everything what we would expect was right - helpful staff, spacious and comfortable room, super clean. Very rich breakfast. Good location, just about 3-4 euros from the airport by Uber. Convenience store nearby (luckily).

Their offer of the hotel restaurant/bar is a pure lie. Definitely not open until 11 PM, not even until 9 PM, when we arrived from the airport - hungry, of course. (they offered only some crisps, chocolate bars, etc.). Poor choice of spirits in the lobby bar.

Great breakfast, nice rooms, very kind staff. And there is an EV charger at the hotel garage. Tram station nearby.

There is a construction/demolition going on nearby, a bit noisy until 18.00 everyday. If you are coming with a car there is a very nice garage under the hotel. However an entrance to the garage is pretty narrow. Markings/scratches on the wall tell you to be carefull going in. Hotel, please add more EV chargers for the future guests. Otherwise, i really cannot complain, this hotel was very good for us and will definetely come again next time.

A quick overnight near the airport. Comfortable, spotless and the beds were comfortable. Their big 'gimmick' is the pillows on the beds - one hard and one soft to cater to everyone's comfort! Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices.

The location is tucked back in behind some office buildings so budget time to call a taxi. Bathroom door was very heavy and would slam if you didn't hold onto it - ended up putting a shoe on the floor to impede it slamming every time we used it. Just a mention, if traveling with small children.

- Good breakfast, tasty scarmbled eggs and pancakes. - Clean rooms, free welcoming water bottles which are unusual for 3 star hotels. - Professional and helpfull staff, modern design, spacious rooms.

- Our room was not cleaned after we left for a day (about 15:00), even though we hung a "please make our room" marker on the doorknob. Moreover, as we left for breakfast, somwhere around 9:20 till 11:00, the cleaning lady was cleaning the nearby rooms. - No fridge in the room (brough per request if available) - Overpriced parking for such location, no free spaces anywhere near

The rooms were comfortable and clean, looking good with all amenities present. The room service was daily, keeping everything fresh. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Can only recommend :)

The only issue we had is that one late evening we asked at the reception for an extra towel and toothbrush (they write in the rooms that if you ask for any of these, they will provide it free of charge). Unfortunately, at the reception they did not have those items or didn't want to provide them. Nothing that I would consider a huge problem though. The room service ladies are very nice and they provided us with extra towels on request.

Friendly staff. Nice interior. Good sound isolation in the room. Room was very clean and bright. Good and balanced breakfast. Kettle and bottle water was helpful. Bed and pillows were comfortable. In general place is great, no any problems I've found. In my opinion, very good price and quality ratio here.

Ideally, I'd like to have shampoo and shower gel separated. Despite hotel is located not far from airport, I couldn't find direct public transport, bit with one change, it's not a big problem though, just a note. Anyway, airport is accessible in 15-20 mins by public transport, or 7-10 by taxi.

Honestly, this place is a great pied-à-terre for business or layover travelers (i.e. who benefit from the proximity to the airport). It's a 5 minute cab/Uber ride or a 3 min train ride, if you want to be extra frugal. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfy & very clean, and the breakfast was really high-quality – and that considering a very competitive room price!

I don't have anything to add here. So I'm just writing some stuff so Booking will let me post this. Not sure why they insist on filling this field if you give a 9 rating, but maybe the Product Managers can figure that one out, hah.

The hotel is located in Mokotow area and in max 10 min by walk from the huge shopping mall. Moreover, I have to say that rooms are really clean and of good size, sound protection. Also, WI-FI works really fast. Breakfast has a good choice of food and drinks + everything I have tried was really tasty. Furthermore, the level of customer service is great.

There were 2 things that I didn't like much. The first one was air conditioning as it did not work properly and it was hot in the room. The second one was the fact that there was no fridge in the room.
