Hampton By Hilton Warsaw Mokotow

We stayed at this hotel for one night and everything was perfect. The room is clean, the shower is clean, there is hot water. I really liked that in the shower there are reusable dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The room was very quiet and we were able to sleep before the flight. The bed is very comfortable We were worried that we would have nothing to eat at breakfast because we are vegetarians. But the breakfast was lovely, lots of options, vegetables, fruits, hot meals. There was plant-based milk in the coffee machine. The breakfasts were amazing.

The location was perfect for my needs. The room itself was very nice, bright, spacious, clean and super comfortable bed, which quite often doesnt happen in hotels, so was very pleased. Staff was very helpful and room cleaning service every day was brilliant. I like interior of the hotel itself, modern and simple, calm colors suits well durin business trips.

Breakfast was ok, can surivive with it. But the restaurant menu - what is all about?! It is really really bad, I ordered ceasar salar with chicken and I couldnt eat it, chicken breast was 100% microwaved. its not that hard to prepare fresh food especially with your size of menu, hotel next door Vienna House has superb restaurant, until you fix your menu, honestly people are better off eating there.

Location is convenient for travelers - next to the airport. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, air conditioned. The TV remote control was missing though, which was a surprise to the staff as well 😄 The breakfast was very good - great variety of warm dishes, drinks, cerials, savory & sweet dishes (wafles, croissants, etc.). Staff was friendly and helpfull.

The noise outside - there were constructions next to the hotel, so the noise was high with windows open. However it was ok with windows closed. Also the pillows were very small & uncomfortable. I would suggest to ask for an additional one when checking in 🙂

I am staying at this hotel for the second time. Everything is good - clean, well-maintained rooms with daily cleaning. Excellent, varied breakfast, friendly staff. Not far from Chopin airport (8 min taxi). Near a large shopping center (Westfield Mokotov). The metro (Wilanowska) can be reached by bus (10 min), the tram goes to the city center (fast and cheap).

On my last visit, I was not satisfied with the quality and composition of the "to go" breakfast, it was very poor. I wrote a review about it, and bingo - breakfast "to go" was canceled altogether and offered, only coffee and tea at the reception desk. It is not good. Isn't it possible to bring a banana, an apple, a cheese and sausage sandwich, a croissant and a bottle of water or a small pack of juice?

Everything was perfect- clean, beautiful, really comfortable bed, perfect breakfast, excellent dinner at lobby bar, room was very nice, has everything you need.

We have booked 2 rooms for 3 people in each room, but there were no bed linen for sofa bed. We asked from front desk, they said that they will organize, but they probably forgot- so we had to sleep without sheets and bed linen (we had only pillows and blanket without covers). But this was only negative thing, human mistake , which is absolutely normal, everything else was 10 points, perfect!

Close to the airport, WiFi was great, checking in was no problem, and the hotel was very clean. They were very responsive when I asked for a wake up call, and they had a taxi prepared for me to go straight to the airport which was super convenient.

When I left at 3am to go to the airport they prepared a breakfast box for me which was a great concept. My breakfast were: two sandwiches which were a single slice of deli meat, one piece of cheese, and some lettuce, can of coke, yogurt, and an apple. I'm not complaining, and I ate it all, but this was rather a funny breakfast to have at 3am.

This is my second stay. Last time it was cold and I didn’t realize but they don’t have mini bars in the rooms. In Summer this may be a bit challenging. Fresh fruits, cold water ect. It was raining and I was stuck in the hotel as they didn’t have any umbrellas that I could borrow. Everything is so basic, you need to be well prepared to stay in this hotel. Don’t forget your slippers, toiletry etc. but it is very convenient, clean. Breakfast is good. Staff is so helpful. There was a gentleman in the reception who didn’t stop until he found a taxi for me so that I could catch mu flight. THANK You young man, sorry I forgot to get your name!

Mostly everything was great (we were even checked in at 1 pm without any additional charge)

The room size and the fact that they don't have 3-bed rooms or at least rooms with 2 beds standard size (we had 1 bed and 1 sofa which was super close to the table, so no space at room at all for 3 people: 1 11-year child, 2 adults (not a couple)). Also, we had a very early flight, so couldn't have breakfast at the hotel and they didn't have the option to take the breakfast to go.

Hotel is in convenient location, close to airport and main roads. But also with good connection to city center. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice addition is desk and comfortable chair if you want to work on your laptop. Breakfast was also good

There was no information about parking price in booking page and i was bit surprised with price when i arrived.

Room was nice and clean, water was hot for showers, lobby was clean and pleasant. Breakfast options were fantastic, and it was a close drive to the airport or other sight seeing opportunities. We checked in around 10pm, having booked online only an hour before and everything went smoothly. Cost was low because of it being late at night and booking through the airline was cheaper than most sites for such a last minute stay. Just don't get the address confused - there is another Hampton bye Hilton close by, and we accidentally went there first by mistake!
