Vienna House by Wyndham Mokotow Warsaw

Very nice hotel near the Chopin airport. Spacious and comfortable room, well equipped. Comfy beds (even though there were two singles placed adjacent and not a double bed). Interesting concept of external shades. Very good breakfast with decent selection of different options. Friendly staff. Good parking.

Hotel style concept includes bare concrete elements - ceiling and force elements of the walls. Looks nice, but it is a big problem - concrete is a very good sound conductor. As a result, I almost literally took part in all night "exercises" of the neighbours above me... It would also be nice to have an iron and iron board in the room it is very uncomfortable to go elsewhere with a bunch of your clothes to press them. Finally, no slippers in a 4-star hotel is kind of... strange...

The Staff was the best, the location is the best, this time in Warsaw i stayed in many Hotels , i had work and i didn't want to stay in one place, just wanted check everywhere... I visit around 12 different hotels 4 stars last 2 months... The 2 best hotels 4 stars in warsaw is Four points by Sheraton and Vienna House by Wyndham .

Hot water was Dirty, it was a yellow color... But in Warsaw it's like Normal you can see that in every Hotels... but I didn't see the yellow color of water in four points by Sheraton it was supper clean everything.

Hotel is super clean- well done to the cleaning staff. Rooms are clean and you get in the room everything you need. Decor is also nice: very modern/industrial style. Very close to the Chopin Airport (7 minutes taxi) and 10 min walk to Mokotow Gallery. Hotel claims to care for environment but it provided little plastic bottles with shampoo and shower gels - you should consider multiple use refills on the shower walls. That would make more sense for the environment.

Very little to choose from for vegans at the breakfast. Even though hotel provided plant-based milk as they promised (thank you for that!!!). It would be much nicer if some more fruits and veggies options would be made available. Especially that hotel claims to care about the environment. Lifts were driving hotel guests insane. I was stuck in the lift and then noticed that most guests were also getting stuck riding lift up and down and not being able to make it to the desired floor. Either someone at the reception was not coding room cards correctly or the lifts are not working well. I saw many people having same problem - hotel should address this issue as it's very frustrating.

- it is super stylish, loft, everything is new, love it - very very good breakfasts, lots of dishes to choose from, incredible scrambled eggs, food looked fresh and super yummy - extremely comfortable matrasses, pillows, beds, no noise from the outside - I had a good deep sleep - good Wifi connection, every room has a desk and comfortable chair, so fully equipped to work from there - the gym is good with state-of-the-art sport tools there - the separate room for ironing was super helpful - 7 min from the airport, no traffic jams, super suitable if you are traveling - the staff is speaking good English

This hotel is a great place, i love how cozy it is. I didnt like my room, but the receptionist changed it to the other one, i liked. I tried the bar this time and the coctails were good. I love the jar of lemon water at the reception.

The first room that i got wasnt good enough, it felt like it was prepared for someone else, because it had 2 beds and i was a solo traveler this time. Also the room seemed not perfectly clean, i saw dust in the bathroom. Also the doors in my room wasnt working properly- i left and let the door slide and close, but when i got back i realized that my door is still opened.

I did like the location, because we had an early flight and it was so easy to get to the airport. It's really modern and comfortable accommodation. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast - there were lots of different options for any taste.

I didn't book breakfast in advance and it wasn't that nice price after (65 zloty per person). For 130 zloty (28 euro) we may have had breakfast 2 days in a row, but we paid it only for one breakfast for 2 people. Also we didn't have indoor slippers, though I saw other had them. We didn't ask to clean our room due to we didn't get some water (I love drinking water, it's so important for me).

I would like to appreciate Irena's assistance and friendliness. Would be great to have name tags for colleagues, otherwise don't know the names of the people at the reception. One more girl who helped to change the room on 21 st August as minibar fridge was not working and we must keep eye drops in cold.

Two ladies at the check-in - with long white hair and another with long black hair and both with artificial eyelashes - not sure they belong to hospitality, no welcome, no hello, they do me a favor to check in and they really made me feel like i came to their home on Sunday without invitation. Minibar fridge didn't work, after i requested to check it the reply was today is Sunday, everyone is off. So why are you open even on Sunday?) Also she said it's not my fault that fridge is not working. After she offered to change the room for first floor only. Why, just because want to make it worse more? Just had an unpleasant feeling after talking to these two personalities.

The hotel is located near from the airport, approx. 10 minutes by taxi. The staff is polite and friendly. Suits are nice and clean. Near the hotel you can find lots of different cafes. Reserved room had some troubles with electricity, but was quickly replaced by another.

Some rooms have troubles with a card, you need insert it with a force to make the lights working. Fix it please and everything will be perfect then, depending on my experience.

Beautiful and modern hotel right in the middle of the business district and nearby the airport. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, also great for working remotely. Wifi is strong enough for a conference call. Also we travelled with a dog, and had no troubles with checking her in as well :)

The on location parking is really expensive compared to other hotels in Warsaw, but you can park on the street around the hotel for free. There is not much to do around the hotel after coming back from the city.

Located 10 min ride from the airport, this hotel is a very convenient place for extended layover. Rooms are big and well appointed, super comfy beds, tea/coffee making facilities in the room, mini-bar (fridge) and safe. Sitting area, TV with a good number of channels. Shower is big and nice too. Lightening in the room, power outlets (and USB ports) are conveniently placed. Restaurant is on site, the menu not extensive but sufficientforany taste i believe. Food was good

The service is so-so. Front desk ladies weren't too friendly upon my arrival, but next day the other team was very very nice. Wifi on the 6th floor is not working. No one bothered to tell me when assigning the room. I was too tired to complain or trying to change the room.
