Excellent location. Easy access to in-house facilities. Welcoming interior that makes you want to relax there. Super helpful hotel staff. Who went out is their way to try and give the best of customer service.

The fact that I had to walk into reception in my swimsuit and towel ( my card was not activated for the spa properly). I wish there was option of getting a free bathrobe. The TV unit in my room didn’t actually work at all, so I never got the chance to watch any television that stay. Alao would have been handy to have a pen or something to write with at the desk part in the room - I was given a notepad but nothing to write with.

big facility offering good options for glutenfree breakfast, don‘t hesitate to ask for non-cross-contamined topings for your bread as this is an issue as some people touch normal bread with the cheese fork etc.

very crowded hotel, you risk to burn children woth your hot coffee/tea when trying to make your way from the breakfast buffet to your table, very dangerous. It should be explained what to do woth the car if the pakeing underneath the hotel is full so you don‘t need to block either the full parking or the road hile waiting your turn in the (at this moment longer) queue at reception. This stressful experience could be easily aboided if that information was give ahead.

We had a really nice experiance in this hotel. The location was perfect for public transport and a 5 min walk to the center of the town. The room was the perfect size for the four of us and the breakfast was much better than we expected . It's a really nice place to stay. Also It was realy nice to have access to the spa on the rainy days.

I don't really have anything bad to say but as the hours for children in the spa are early in the moring , finishing at 12. I think you should be able to book the time slot the night before rather than having to call at 7am .

This hotel was a lot nicer than one would expect from the outside. It has a giant atrium in the middle of the building, with transparent elevators, and a gorgeous pool and sauna in the basement. Rooms are large and comfortable.

We rented a relatively big car, which barely fit in the parking garage below. There were also limited chargers available, which meant you need to get lucky to find a spot for charging. Some rooms don't have outside views, but look into the indoor atrium, which is a bit weird.

Amazing breakfast!! So so good. Huge range of choice. Hot food, cereal, yoghurts, fruit, pancakes, waffles, and delicious freshly baked bread! Lovely room. Very clean and sleek clean Scandinavian design. Clean practical bathroom. Excellent TV with casting capability to play things from your phone/device. Shampoo and shower gel in handy dispensers. Fridge (empty which was great but you could easily stock it with treats available at reception). Hairdryer available and you could take it out of the bathroom and into the bedroom which was very helpful. Room window opened which was great for fresh air at night. Friendly staff. Power banks available to rent at reception. Central location, easy to walk most places in the town. Tap water in the room was drinkable, one thing I love about Norway! Bin in the room included a recycling section and organic section, very impressive, first hotel I have seen this in, more hotels need to do this!

Not much I didn’t like to be honest. A few things that could possibly improved. I couldn’t figure out the room temperature controls, sometimes the room was too warm at night and too cold during the day. The shower had good pressure but the shower head was more like a hose shaped spray than a shower. Toilet paper was a bit rough. 😅 Honestly, only minor suggestions, I would definitely stay here again!

No free parking. Pool was small, 1m depth. It was unexpected, because in the pictures of hotel it looks much bigger. When you book a hotel, you have also to book a time when you use the pool and sauna - 1 time per day, 1 hour. It doesn't say on the page, that it is one hour only. Wet floor everywhere, in dressing rooms as well. If you book this hotel only because of sauna and pool, I would recommend to think twice, because you will not get excellent time to relax, kids are jumping into the water, nobody cares.

Very nice spa facilities. Especially the fact that it's 18+ guests only between 21-23. Very long opening hours on breakfast and pool. Front desk personel is super friendly and helpfull! Cleaning is as expected - high level.

Maybe suggest to create "silent time/ calm hour" in the pool. Where people wanting to relax can use the pool. And maybe ban use of cellphones in the pool area. We are pretty sure that we are background fill in several selfies taken from the hot tub - but that might be more of a youth cultural thing.

The location is good. It is a short walk from the city center. The airport bus stops right next to it. Breakfast is good. The air conditioner system worked properly. The facilities of the hotel are good.

The breakfast area is really busy. The room window faces the corridor, you need to be cautious with privacy. There should be a sign on the elevator door (it is entirely made of glass and could cause accidents). Coffee during the day should be free. The tv could use some foreign channels. The pool has a very weird system, which you book a 1 hour time to use it (I have never seen that anywhere).

cleanliness: stain on the bed, hair in the shower, flush did not work properly. Our towels were not changed, even though we had to use them in the sauna. the safe did not work. in the spa, it would be nice if we could be provided with a robe and flip-flops, and if there was a time for families, separated from non- families. Although it was not a big issue, it may be easier if the bus shuttles to the airport and to pulpit rock could stop in front of the hotel. carrying bags and suitcases down the stairs to go to the bus terminal can be a bit difficult.

My room was a bit dusty. The shower head didn't stay put on its place. Chromecast on the TV didn't work. I had asked to fix this on first day, it was the same until the last day of my stay (i stayed for 3nights).
