If like me, you get bored with all the standard 5 star hotels, than this place is for you. Perfect address and amaizing place. Just book one of their special rooms!

Very stylish hotel, great staff. The room was very big. They provide a little snack every day which was sweet. The hotel location is good, near to everything in KLCC but also quiet. The common facilities are maintained well.

The toilet smelled a little bit and overall cleanliness was average. I think next time I would choose a 5 star hotel for the same price.

I loved KLoe hotel, I don't want to stay anywhere else if I come back to Malaysia and my friend said the same. The staff were so friendly and helpful, there was a great positive vibe every time we came in or out. The Room To Grow was one of the most special hotel rooms I've ever stayed in - being surrounded by plants was lovely. The Rooms to Grow, Listen and Taste are at the front of the building and a little noisier with the main road below but manageable and nothing a good pair of earplugs couldn't handle if you're a light sleeper. The bed, pillows, shower, and sitting room were all comfortable - firm bed but that's my preference. The complimentary childhood favourite snacks was a lovely touch and the cafe downstairs was very good for a quick breakfast or meal. The location is central, with plenty of restaurants in walking distance, and Grab made it easy to get anywhere further. As others have said, the hotel is up a narrow lane before the service station, but all of the Grab drivers seemed to find it easily. We didn't want to leave!

The pool area is very nice. Room was specious and modern. In walking distance to the malls and nightlife.

Food options in the hotel rather poorly, both times the food was cold.

Only 1 comment: the mattresses were very hard, which really is a shame for such a beautiful and upscale hotel. We would also suggest to raise the temperature in the lobby a bit. It was chilly while very hot outside. 1-2 degrees higher would benefit guests, management and the climate! Another suggestion would be to add a notice anout changing towels: European guests are sensitive about eco-friendliness- no need to change towels everyday unless you put them on the floor.

The staff were warm, friendly and wonderful people. They looked very happy to be working there, it shows in their expressions. The breakfast at the cafe by the lobby was also great, tasty dishes and again great staff. I liked how their philosophy is the homey feeling, we definitely felt like the hotel was just a super big home we were sharing with other guests. The lobby is like a big family room, with a kitchen and cosy dining area. The room was spacious, tidy and clean. The bathroom was cute, you have a swivelling door to close either the toilet or shower cubicle. Other than that, Jibby & co has a beautiful establishment right next to the pool on the first floor. The food was delicious, and there’s a good range of options. Shame we didn’t get to try the pool, maybe next time!

The Kloe was a hidden gem, tucked away in a location that you would not expect such a beautiful establishment to reside. The staff were super friendly - in fact even the other guests were very quick to start up a conversation whilst waiting for a ride or when sharing an elevator together. The stylish choices of the facilities fitout, remained constant throughout, contributing to an overall hip and funky vibe. The free package of assorted treats was very much appreciated and the room itself felt homely and welcoming.

Access to the main hotel lobby was tricky for some of the local drivers to find, however this was not an issue when you knew where to go. It would have been nice for the small driveway to maybe have a small sign.

Wow! What a gem of a find. KLoe is fabulous. We have just stayed for 2 nights and we’re very happy there. It’s a really cool, relaxing place with a lovely chilled vibe downstairs in the co-working spaces, cafe and little boutique shop. The decor is slightly industrial but with luxury finishes and fabrics. We were checked in by a lovely guy called Eidl. He gave us details about the hotel and the area. He was so friendly and kind and helped me with recommendations answering all my questions! Our room was the standard double that you can book and honestly, it was perfect. Design touches everywhere were fab. Comfy bed, powerful shower, effective and quiet air con, complimentary snacks and water, Aesop toiletries, soundproofing and a chrome cast TV. It was perfect and on point price wise. Downstairs is a beautiful relaxing space where we noticed a lot of cool people sat working on laptops and a lovely cafe where the food is simply gorgeous. Breakfast at KLoe is unusual and we loved it. It is served all day!!!! 7-5pm! As such it has breakfast items and lunch style food on the menu. We really loved this flexibility and when we checked out at 4am Eidl had arranged a breakfast take away box! The pool area is quiet and chilled with pool towels and a water dispenser. It was about a 10 mins walk to Bukit Bintang so really easy location. It is tucked away down a small quiet access road. Absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

STAFF! They ALL Under-Promised but Over-Delivered. We were early for check-in but when we asked to check, they said our room was ready. That's like 3 hours before check-in time. Looks like they cleaned the room very efficiently too! Next days, when we sat around the lobby area, without being asked, we were given a bottle of water served with glasses, plonked on our table. NICE. LOCATION! It's like being close to Bukit Bintang but not among their hustle and bustle! We are walking distance to Pavilion and among many food places in the area. BREAKFAST! We were initially overjoyed when told that we can have breakfast anytime between 7am to 5PM! But when we see NO Buffet, we were taken aback. However, they over delivered again when we're told that they can prepare our breakfast Fresh (from a menu). So the food came Amazingly Awesome. BEST BREAKFAST EVER.. Like going to expensive boutique coffee joints! BRAVO TEAM KLoé!

Smoking area was among the small outdoor chairs where we were waiting for GRAB. And was not cleaned as much. O

Kloe hotel is a beautiful industrial style hotel in the new part of Bukit Bintang, a few minutes walk from the Exchange TRX shopping centre. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was very stylish with a comfortable bed. Enjoyed the basket with free local snacks. The TV was Chromecast enabled, which was good and we could play whatever we wanted from our devices. After check-out, it was possible to store your luggage at the front desk and spend time in their pleasant hotel lobby. Would definitely stay again!

We could use more towel racks in the bathroom, there was hardly anywhere to hang them. One night late at night the hot water didn't run, but the next day everything was fine, so we didn't bother with it any further. The swimming pool is nice, but it is quite shallow and the water was perhaps a little too cold when we were there.
