This hotel greatly surpassed our expectations. Although we were aware that the room size would be modest, the design and layout of the internal amenities were exceptionally well thought out. Our three-day stay was excellent. Considering both its location and price point, we highly recommend this hotel and will definitely consider it for our next stay.
Nothing.

Great view! Spacious room for Tokyo. I like the sofa as it gave me seating other than the bed. The bathroom was huge! Near to stations and food places.

Decent space for the choice of bedroom I booked for. Bed was firm and comfy. Housekeeping and front desk service were diligent and nice. Great location between Asakusa and Ginza line.
The self-service coin laundry was kinda filthy with previous usage lint residues. Before starting my regular load of laundry wash, I cleaned the lint residues from previous use, completed a full cycle wash and dry, and my laundry had this musky odour. Added on another cycle of drying, and the smell didn't go off. Ain't sure if the machine was short of detergent.

Really close to the subway. Great breakfast.
Rooms are a bit small if you have large luggage.

Location is very good. From Haneda Airport take the Keikyu Line train that the same train automatically become Asakusa Line. You just remain on board, no need to change train. Be careful to take the correct train. Please ask the staff. Exit at 2B (with elevator). Then walk about 200 meter to hotel. Breakfast is great for the price you pay. It is a small, nice and new modern hotel. Staffs are very professional and friendly.

The hotel is located two blocks away from Senso-ji temple. We liked how the area itself is quiet and away from the crowds while still within reach of the subway station and tourist spots. Compared to other hotels in Japan, the rooms in this hotel are pretty big. We were surprised that aside from the shower, a separate bathtub was available, which was also separated from the toilet and bathroom sink. We also appreciated that our room was cleaned every day. They change the towels, bath robes, and other toiletries daily after they clean the room. Electric kettle, iron, refrigerator, TV, and hairdryer were also available. We also appreciated that the room had a disinfecting spray that we could use after going out. Lastly, we appreciated that there was an available coin laundry, vendor machine, and ice on the second floor.
Perhaps they could add more coin laundry to accommodate more guests who would like to do their own laundry. Since there were only two washing machines available, guests needed to be on the lookout to be accommodated next. An average guest takes about an hour and a half to finish so it takes a while to be able to secure a spot.

I booked a promotional mid-week deal, to give myself a chance to stay at a hotel a bit above my normal price range. It fit my expectation that, in Tokyo, you pay for room size. In this case, it was worth it. I loved the size of the bath, and the single room was large enough for a small couch. I had a view of the Skytree from my room. Good, convenient location in Asakusa. Certainly, nothing for me to complain about. It was also the first hotel that I stayed at in Japan where the first language of the staff was English, at least when greeting a western person such as myself. It's possible that the hotel is making an extra effort to cater to non-Japanese tourists. For that reason, this could be a good hotel for westerners new to Tokyo and Japan.

The hotel is located in heart of Asakusa, but also far enough from the crowds. It’s also a few minutes walk from the Ginza and the Toei Asakusa subway lines, which have a direct connection to both Narita and Haneda airports. The check in was fast and easy and the room, located on the 10th floor, was absolutely amazing, with an astonishing view over Tokyo Skytree which took my break away at night and with the early sunrise. The room was very spacious, way more than the usual japanese hotel rooms, with plenty of usb plugs to charge my devices. But what I really appreciated the most is the bathroom, split in two different rooms, one for the restroom and the basin and a very spacious one for the shower and the bath tub. And every thing looked like really high end, custom made, whilst usually in japanese hotel you find pre-assembled bathrooms. Next to the basin there were all needed amenities (tooth brush and paste, razor, ear swabs) that a traveller night need.By far in the was the best japanese hotel room I have been!
The towels felt a bit too hard for my taste, but nothing critical.

The location was great, it was like 2 blocks from the Sensoji temple area which has lots of stores and restaurants. I loved to stroll around during the night because the area was super safe and cozy. This hotel had the best sizes in the rooms compared to the other 3 hotels i stayed in during my Japan trip. Another thing that makes you feel like home is the staff, they were super attentive and king and overall lovely.
The beds could have been better, they were quite hard and the room was cleaned every 3 days, later on I learned that they would clean it everyday but you had to ask for it.
