The room was very functional and had everything you could possibly want & need: a refrigerator, water kettle, shower, TV, bins, Wi-Fi access, a double bed, all the toiletries you could possibly need, room for luggage etc. The location is honestly unbeatable being next door to a FamilyMart and a 5 minute walking distance away from Sensoji Temple + about 15 minutes from Skytree. Using the Keisei Line, it was very easy to reach the hotel from Narita Airport in about an hour (up to Asakusa Station, the hotel is one of the first things you see when leaving the elevator or stairs so it is impossible to miss). The staff is friendly, they do not speak a lot of English but plenty to get you settled in your room or help you out if needed. I gave them a print-out of my booking.com information and they were happy to help. Checking out is very easy since you can just deposit your room pass in the lobby if you have no remaining payments, so no worries there if you have an early flight back home. There is plenty of luggage storage underneath the bed if you have a large suitcase. The room is also equipped with a few USB plugs in case you do not have a universal travel adapter (I had one, but sometimes it was easier just charging through the USB outlet). All the controls for the lights were on a single panel next to the bed, the one for the bed I was able to dim in case you prefer a softer light source before going to bed.

Excellent location for a lot of the well known tourist sites in Tokyo, pretty much easy walking distance to quite a number of them or a short taxi ride to others. There is a metro station within a 1 min walk of the front door. I did notice a few negative reviews regarding the small size of the rooms, which in fairness were valid when compared to hotel rooms in Western countries. BUT, in saying that, unless you had to spend quarantine time in one, they are more than big enough if used just as a base for sleeping, showering, etc. If you're into cat swinging or trampolining on the beds this probably isn't the hotel for you. The room could best be describe as being more akin to a decent sized ships cabin with ensuit. The room was well appointed, very clean, very comfortable and I was more than happy with it. So much so that I extended my stay for a further 5 days and have now stayed in the APA sister hotels in Osaka and Nagasaki too. Finally, the staff were without exception friendly and accommodating and would be a credit to any organisation. Well done APA and their staff.
Road traffic noise. Try and request a room at the back of the hotel if possible, failing that, drink yourself into a stupor every night and you'll be fine.

Location was excellent. Lovely and clean. Super convenient location to subway. Once you get to Asakusa station from airport head for Exit #1. Once up the steps you are practically right outside the hotel door. Note: it's Exit #1.
Nothing to dislike

I liked the location of the hotel because it was right in front of the train station (marunouchi line) which was really handy, the ginza line was also walkable distance. It was quiet despite being in Asakusa, but still enough people around to feel safe at night (as a female solo traveller). The room was quite small but for the price it was pretty good, and there was space under the bed to store luggage.
I didn't mind it but sometimes you can hear the tunes from the train (just keep that in mind)

Great location with direct trains to / from both airports, and conveniently located just a few metres from exit A1 of the Asakusa metro station. Daily delivery of fresh towel, water cup etc, rather than complete room clean is a good idea. Room is cleaned every third day.

I've stayed at several APA hotels before, and they're always super clean, affordable, and convenient. This one has a family mart right next door, so we would just go downstairs for breakfast. Overall great spot if you're on a budget and like to be in the Asakusa area. From this location plan to use the subway, if you're planning to use JR Rail Pass I'd recommend a hotel next to a JR line station instead.
The closest exit from the subway is a very steep set of stairs, so just be aware of that if you have luggage. Take the exit which has the elevator, it's across the street. Please note that it's a business hotel, so it's meant to be efficient, not spacious.

Small but very nice room, perfect for one person. Mattress was comfortable but I would have liked an extra pillow, although I didn’t ask so maybe this was an option! Location is great, less than 10 mins walk from Senso-ji temple and also from major shopping areas, with the metro station entrance almost directly outside the hotel, which is on two very well-connected metro lines. Staff were very professional and polite, although a bit less English than I expected, but we got by fine. Convenience store next door which sold some good inexpensive take-away meals, and a bigger mini-mart just across the road with a wider selection. Great choice, and 1/5th of the price of a hotel in Shibuya, which is only 20 mins or so away on the metro. Breakfast was good too with 5 choices of breakfasts styles on the menu, although limited choice for westerners if not keen on Japanese food (although I like it so it was nice!). Rooms are cleaned every 3 days but will be cleaned every day if requested. New towels are delivered to the room every day.
Because of the layout of the room, it’s a little difficult to put a big suitcase anywhere - there is storage room under the bed but you have to move the chair to get it under there. But a minor criticism at most!

Location is great. Walking distance to Sensoji Temple and near the various lines of the Asakusa train station. The entrance to the Asakusa line is right at the exit of the hotel! Also, there are tons of convinience stores around the area, with a Family Mart right next to the hotel. Hotel wifi never gave any issues and was fast. There was also an ethernet jack that worked. No issues at check-in, and requested a late check out (1000 yen per hour is not bad). For the price, it's excellent.
Room is a bit cramped, but it's standard for japanese hotels I think. Would have been good if there was a HDMI input to connect devices to the TV. Everything seemed bolted to the wall, hard to access the HDMI input slots. Some other APA hotels have HDMI inputs by the bedside I think. This one did not. Also, not sure why the TV somehow defaulted to switch on, and at high volume everytime I enter the room and slot in the card. Also, I think the fridge also gets powered off when the card is not in the slot. Ice cream in the freezer bit melted when I went out :( . Minor issues though.

The room was impeccably clean and peaceful, and the bed was very comfortable. Moreover, the hotel's convenient location right in front of Asakusa Station and the proximity of a Family Mart next door added to the overall convenience of the stay.
The hotel's immediate station exit only connects to the Asakusa line, which might not be convenient for reaching the main tourist attractions. On the positive side, the Ginza line is easily accessible and located just around 500 meters away from the hotel. One thing to consider is that the room size is quite compact, measuring 11 square meters. It's only possible to open one baggage at a time, with the other placed under the bed.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Across the road is the Asakusa Station for the Toei line if one chooses to use the elevator. Otherwise the stairway leading to the station is just outside the hotel. Family Mart is located just next door which makes it so convenient to get any quick bite, especially for morning breakfast or late night and other necessities too. Within walking distance is the Asakusa station for the Ginza line, the Sensoji Temple and there are many eateries around the Sensoji temple area. The hotel room has everything that one could possibly need. There is a microwave, an ice vending machine and a beverage vending machine available in the hotel lobby. Housekeeping of the room is to be requested, otherwise the clean towels etc. are placed outside the room door for change by the housekeeping staff. We did not find this a problem and we placed the tied-up garbage bags outside the room door for disposal on days that housekeeping is not required. Check-in system is very speedy and likewise check-out is even quicker. We just need to drop the room keys in the box.
The only downside is the size of the room and bathroom otherwise I would have given it the highest rate. However, as this fact is known when the booking was made so it isn't of any surprise. If at the end of the day it is just a place to sleep after a whole day of exploring the city, then this would not be an issue.
