The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are a bit small but nice. Bed is comfortable and bathroom is perfect. The ladies at front office are very nice, one japanese lady especially was super kind, polite and helpful. Even if she didn’t speak perfectly english, her efforts are much appreciated. The guy at the breakfast is also very nice and kind. Those 2 have a special mention: “amazing”. The others are almost all nice too. The breakfast is simple but good and in a nice and warm place. Honestly we felt almost like home. Thanks
The air conditioning is sometimes stopping by himself or going back to 20 degrees.

Very well situated in the heart of Akasaka. The metro station is literally 5 minutes away had had major connections including the Ginza line. The area has great cafes and restaurants. Just next to the hotel is a shabu shabu restaurant which we loved. The hotel is quite simple and the rooms are small but not smaller than average hotels in Tokyo. The staff was lovely and cleaning services were available everyday, we would always come back to a tidy room at the end of the day. The room is well equipped with tv, mini fridge, hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. You’ll find free toiletries at the reception.
Everything was great but for the price I expected a bigger room. Our luggage took a lot of space and made it feel even smaller.

great location, near the subway, but if you're carrying large luggage, try to find the elevator out of the subway instead. roads are narrow and not always flat, a bit difficult to roll your luggage along the way. lots of food choices around the area.
rooms are small but standard if in tokyo, so it's a bit difficult to unpack/pack your things in the room as the space can be narrow with large luggage. there's no wardrobe/closet; only a few hangers for your coat/jacket. I kept my clothes in my luggage since there's not much space inside and no storage for your clothes; if you are staying for a while (a week or more), it's a bit inconvenient to have to take clothes out of the luggage everyday, since the room is small.

Good location, plenty of shops and restaurants around, close to subway, quiet enough for being so down-town, kombini just aside the hotel for snacks and drinks, very friendly and helpful staff, eveything very clean, laundromat. Best place we stayed at in our two week Japan travels. If we will return to Tokyo, we will definitely come back !
Rooms very small but that is quite normal for Japan. This is a "non-smoking" place but (like for apparently other "non-smoking" places in Japan) there is an exception: Smoking room behind the reception, thus at least one time the reception was unbearable for non-smokers.

Very helpful English speaking staff. Excellent location very close to Akasaka-Mitsuke station with very easy transport via subway to main sightseeing destinations. Breakfast was available at the time we stayed however we did not partake. Lots of restaurants nearby. Our family enjoyed our stay there very much, the beds were comfortable and amenities including laundry room onsite very helpful.
The rooms were compact but efficiently designed, we were able to open our luggage on the desk area. It would have been nice to have a bigger lobby area to sit and meet with the other people in our travelling group.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was good and it's great that you can opt out - we took breakfast when it made sense and skipped it when it didn't. The location can't be beat. It's just a few minutes walk to two metro stations and walkable to scores of great restaurants and bars, but the sound isolation is quite good and it was quiet in the room. The price for that location and that nice of a room in Tokyo was excellent!
Tiny room (to be expected in central Tokyo!) and could have used one little shelf above the coat hanger to put things on. Only one elevator goes from the entrance to the room floors, and reception is on the second floor so two elevators service reception and one services the rooms. This means at peak hours it takes a very long time to get in and out.

The location is great. I would consider this hotel again for the next stay in Tokyo because of the location. It is very close to the subway station and there are a lot of great restaurants around the hotel. The area is not a tourist area, a lot of locals come here after work for dinner with colleagues or friends. Really nice atmosphere. We did not spend much time in the hotel or hotel room. The room is very very small, but clean. We also booked without breakfast because there are a lot of Cafe's and Coffee shops around. There are two Family Marts (24h open) left and right from the hotel. The staff is over friendly, and most of them speak English.
The room is very small. There is no safe in the room. We didn't tried out the breakfast, but it seems ok. You can book the breakfast one day in advance at the reception for around 1600 Yen. When you decide the morning it is 1900 Yen.

Great location. Lots of restaurants and shops. Most people in that area speak English. They provide complimentary razors, sponges, hairbrushes, and toothbrushes/toothpaste.
FYI, they do not offer complimentary early bird check-in, even if the room is available. I think you have to pay 1,000 yen per hour. Also, their microwave is only available during certain hours. There are only 2 washing machines. There are two elevators but only one is dedicated to going to all the floors...the other only goes to the reception lobby floor so at times the wait was super long to get into the elevator.

This was our first time in Japan and we chose the hotel for it’s location and past reviews. Our room was a shock at first, we hadn’t experienced Japanese hotels before, it was a very small room and when we asked reception if they had a larger room they told us our room was one of their biggest. It had very curious flooring it was plastic look alike carpet. Thank goodness we travel with hand held luggage I honestly don’t know how other people coped with their enormous suitcases. The aircon was not working but that was fixed very promptly. It had an opening window which we liked. Except for late night revellers. The bed and pillows were incredibly hard and the duvet was way too warm for us. We asked for a blanket instead. The bathroom was excellent and the water pressure was fantastic. It was very clean and I liked the fact that they gave us clean towels every day. The breakfast was good with a selection of fresh and cooked options. I just wish the Bain Marie food was warmer, even when we were early for breakfast the food came out tepid. However we still enjoyed it. It’s close to a metro line and easy to navigate for us first time travellers. It seems like a very touristy part of town which we were a little surprised by. The restaurants in the immediate area are pretty average and not what we expected of Tokyo. There is an excellent shine nearby. Hie shrine has lovely red Tori gates for great photos.
The bed and pillows. The heavy duvet. Noisy late night revellers.

Location is walkable from the train station even with large luggage. The choices for restaurants and convience stores is awesome! Just few minutes walk away is the Harry Potter cafe and store (need a booking)
When we arrived the room smelt damp and old like the windows have not been opened in a long while. We got rid of the smell by opening the windows and turning on the air purifier- the smell was gone by day 2 Toilet extractor fan did not work well
