Our luxury corner twin room was nice and big and we enjoyed having the extra sitting area and 2 TVs in the room. It was very handy having a washer/dryer in the room. It couldn't dry a full load though, so our clothes always came out a bit damp and had to be air-dried in the room. Good location, just a short walk to 2 subway stations. Plenty of food options on the same street which opened till late. Front desk staff were helpful though they were mostly not so fluent in English.

The carpet had some stains on it and didn't look too clean.

The hotel is in an excellent location. We really love Akasaka as a base. Situated between more than one train line so it is extremely convenient for all areas of Tokyo. For those who have visited Tokyo before they will appreciate just how spacious the rooms are, especially for a family. The rooms also come with a small kitchenette area which include a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. With bottled water and coffee supplies replenished daily. The bathroom also including a hair dryer, curling iron and washing machine/dryer. We also requested a clothes iron and ironing board which we were able to keep in the room all week.

Having stayed here 5 years ago and being blown away we were a little disappointed with the wear and tear in the room. The decoration was definitely a lot more tired than we remembered it from our first visit. It was however very clean.

The Amazing Staff who assisted me with riding subway to finding eateries. Just an Awesome experience. Location to subway was 5-7 minute walk away. Night life in walking distance. Not noisy from traffic or loud music coming from bars. Room was spacious, clean.

There was nothing not to like with the hotel.

We loved our room! It was very clean and spacious. The beds were also very comfortable, so we had no problems sleeping after a long day of adventures. The location was great. There was a short walk to the train station, which was very convenient for me and my family. The staff is also phenomenal. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. We plan to visit Tokyo again in the near future and The Centurion Classic Akasaka will be our number one choice for places to stay. I recommend this hotel to everyone. You won't be disappointed!

We liked everything and enjoyed our stay.

The staff in this hotel is exceptional at customer service - they treat you like kings and queens. I remember when I first checked in, it was raining heavily and when I entered the hotel I was soaking / dripping wet. The first thing the receptionist did was handing me a towel to dry myself before proceeding to check me in. They also did us a kind favour by booking a cab for us to our next destination on the last day of our stay. They also let us take as many new towels and water bottles as we want during our entire stay. The hotel room also matches the pictures that were advertised - super spacious & clean & comes with a massage chair.

The hotel was a little bit hard to find - even our taxi driver couldn’t find us lol

When you walk into the room it was kinda breathtaking. Aesthetics were on point. There was plenty of space. The beds were super comfy. Lots of temperature controls. Staff was super friendly and the cleaning was thorough. Bathroom was spacious and the additionals, like a washing machine and microwave, were well welcome. The proximity to two subway lines made travelling around Tokyo easy and there were plenty of convenient restaurants and bars nearby for recreational purposes.

Natural lighting wasn’t easy to facilitate, not impossible but not really worth it with the tatami slides. A single bathroom between 6 people was a touch cramped but also not a deal breaker in the slightest.

We highly recommend this hotel for family with children. we took the lowest category room for 2 adult and 2 kids age 10 and 12. The room is spacious: 1 of my girl sleep in Single bed and 1 in big sofa bed (they ended up sleep together the whole week) and us parents in 1 King size bed. We got 4 luggages in total and 4 backpack. ALL FIT COMFORTABLY. The cleanliness and amenities: I’m a clean freak person and this hotel passed my standard, bedsheet, towel, bathrobe and slipper change everyday, clean neat and smell good. Then-not to mentioned they provide full RANGE of amenities such as ORGANIC face wash, face milk, face toner, face oil, along with ORGANIC body mist, body soap, shampoo and conditioner. Oh hello they also provide HAIR STRAIGHTENER AND HAIR CURLER, so ladies you will never have a bad hair day in Japan if you stay in this hotel! what you need to bring is only your hair serum😃 Location: Amazing, there are plenty of GOOD RESTAURANTS AND CHEAP NEARBY. subway just 2 minutes walking door to door from the hotel. If you come via Low cost bus from the airport, the bus will stop you direct in ToKyo station and we decided to walk from the station to the hotel, it WAS GOOD 45minutes walk! passing a lot of shopping mall and the palace of emperors. we enjoy it so much and just near by the hotel there is a very famous shrine (if you know KOMA restaurants in Singapore then you will find the original deco of the Shrine here) Staff SO KIND AND HELPFUL, ALWAYS VERY POLITE, THEY LOOK STRESS-FREE, SERVICE WAS FAST AND ACCURATE. WE RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. fyi this is our first trip to Japan and we 1000% will be back to japan and stay in this hotel again.

Nothing. WE ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THIS HOTEL

Huge rooms in a very convenient location with many easily accessible metro lines. Staff were very helpful when I asked them to help us call to book a restaurant (in the end there was no availability at our chosen restaurant but they helped to phone a few alternatives as well). Beds are large and comfortable. Automatic function on the bath allows it to fill without needing supervision and it will let you know when it's ready. There was also a laundry machine which we did not use this time due to a short stay but definitely would appreciate if longer stay.

Not the cheapest hotel, but is in keeping with the massive room size for Tokyo!

The location, the cute smallness of it. Felt like a boutique hotel. Its walk-ability to the subway and restaurants. Also near two Starbucks and a McDonald's for the kids, lol. Comfortable beds and well equipped rooms / bathroom.

There wasn't much to not like! Some days it felt like the AC struggled to cool our room...but it was especially hot during our stay; 94 degrees. Breakfast is only on the weekend and required a reservation. No tea provided along with the coffee.
