The staff were outstanding. Both the receptionists went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Exceptionally good value breakfast. Room was clean and well sized. I would definitely use these hotels again.

I marked down the room facilities for not having tea and coffee in the room, which might be unfair as It seems this might be normal for Italy.

Ok room for one night stay. Big room and Comfortable bed.

The air condition is directed directly to the bed. If you like that it is ok, but it was not something we liked during sleeping. If aircondition wasnt on the room was very hot(it was summer) and the air was not ok. It kinda smelled all the time, but from outside (so not really B&B fault for that). The room could be a little cleaner.

another 1 night visit whilst packing in a lot of adventuring. as the name suggests it's a hotel but with a lean towards b+b vibes, room is perfect for that and you have your own fridge where things from downstairs could be purchased and kept in. i didnt have time to take in the breakfast but i bet it would have been ace too. great value and all good.

The rooms are huge, bathroom is really nice. Parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast was OK. Clean. Overall fairly good.

It seemed like it was turned from an office building to a hotel. The equipment inside the room didn't match the size of the room. Weakest point probably the beds, definitely could use an upgrade.

A good and tasty breakfast. Rooms have all specified facilities. The beds very comfortable and the noise from outside road is not hear.

The elevator works a little complicated, the waiting is too long😅 The noise from hall was heared (at the same time with us stayed a big group of students).

Breakfast truly exceeded expectations with such a wide range Room is very neat and restful Staff services were top notch, especially Alessandra went above and beyond to assist us in our “emergency” situation!

Very Clean hotel we had a hybrid car they have a charging station out of the hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful. Also the hotel is in a great location. I will be staying at their properties again.

The powdered eggs aren't good and wish they had bacon.

Clean and convenient. Nice touch is the fridge in the room. The staff was very neat and the breakfast rich and plenty. Close to Maranello Ferrari Museum.

Hotel is at great location, few minutes from the city center (by car). It's comfortable and clean, the staff is super polite and friendly and if you need to leave your luggage after check out, there is an option and it's free of charge.

Parking garage was full so we had to park at an unguarded space in front of the hotel, shared with a gym and stores.
