The rooms are spotless, very comfortable and look recently decorated. The corridors are nicely decorated with nice decorative touches. The breakfast was very nice, plenty of choice, good coffee.

The only small problem was that there seems to be a slight smell from the drains/water source, which I noticed when running the water in the bathrooms. Also, there's no information in the room about general things, services, local attractions etc.

Very nice hotel. Pleasent ambient, friendly staff, many books and games for every age at the disposal of the guests. Very nice scent in the bathroom and on the corridors. Good food at the restaurant and new menu every evening. We had a very pleasant stay and we would definitely book a room here again.

The room looked a little bit outdated. Somehow didn't match the rest of the hotel. It was clean, neat, but needed an updated. The wallpaper was beginning to detach from the wall, visibly showing that needs to be replaced. Bath was clean and OK.

Loved everything about this hotel and the smell of the lobby and rooms was lovely. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Pool was great. Best part of our experience in this hotel was the breakfast. It was delicious with a great variety of options. Lovely fresh fruit salad, fresh juices and home made jams. We also had dinner one night and the food was superb. Great terrace outside the hotel to relax with a drink from the bar. Location was ideal. Very close to amazing places to visit for the day. Great restaurants near by, if driving.

Hotel as very good. Hotel staff very friendly. Rooms were good, clean, bathroom was great. Hotel nicely situated, nice area outside to have an evening drink with the family. It was in a nice quiet location.

Minor point. In the bathroom the shampoo and body washing liquid were in tubes which were impossible to open. Each tube had this metallic foil sealing the tube which both my wife and I found difficult to remove. The workaround was to squeeze the tube hard so that it burst at the end and we could use the liquid inside. Apart from that everything was great.

Well run hotel, with professional and friendly staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Nice breakfast venue with gluten-free options on demand. Pretty garden area and a small pool. Close to Modena. Late check-in was no problem.

Check-out at 10 feels a bit rushed.

Very friendly and service-oriented staff that takes care of the guest! The hotel may not be the most beautiful from the outside, but inside it is stylish and well equipped. The bar and restaurant can be recommended without reservation. We had a family room and enough space to spend a relaxing night. The quiet location means that even noise-sensitive people can find peace here.

The staff is always wonderful. It is a great location close to our family. Rooms are comfortable, clean, quiet. Bathroom is large, clean, breat shower.

The only thing I wasn’t as happy about was the mattress. It was a bit too firm for my back issues.

Very comfortable hotel. Breakfast was fantastic with varied range of fresh local produce. Good value for money including dinner. Lovely friendly staff who were very attentive. Well done team.

It was a very hot night and air con couldn't cope but a very nice stay.

All staff were friendly, homely feel, you were made to feel very welcome. Huge room, exceptionally clean and attention to detail made it stand out from other hotels.

Fresh fruit at breakfast would be our only negative, that’s being picky as there was a variety of options.
