Nice room but a bit on the small side. Very good standard though. Very friendly staff, attentive to needs such as allergies.

Breakfast more traditional than a full buffet so limited in range. Quite tasty though but a lot of pastries. Location on the outskirts of town so long walks to restaurants and shops but not a big problem if you have a car.

We had a wonderful stay! The owners were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent, with everything homemade and very tasty. We would definitely choose this place again!

A gorgeous spot to relax, sample amazing food, and explore the Supercar museums! Thank you so much to Greta, Marco and family for looking after us so well. We had a wonderful holiday! Grazie mille!

Lovely surrounding in reasonable remote area

Unfortunately, the reason we booked here was to use pool facilities they had emptied pool day prior and were cleaning it. We had to wait for ages to get checked in as no one was around at the time we specified our arrival

This was a beautiful property! Staff was so friendly and accommodating! The rooms were spacious and clean. My girls loved seeing the dogs outside in the morning.

We went here in may 2022. It was a nice house with a lovely host and staff. They treat you very kindly and take good care of your wishes. Small things like getting a snack at the swimming pool without asking for it or the possibillity to borrow their (city) bikes for a small trip in the countryside makes it a feel very welcoming and homely. The rooms are well designed and very clean. The swimming pool was nice with a good water temperature (not too cold). Plenty of space for anyone to lay on a lounger with options to get in the shade with parasols on a hot day. We liked the garden aswell, with a place to eat outside, even on a rainy day. Dont forget your mosquitospray though, with a little pond nearby they could be active on the warmer evenings.

The direct vicinity is not the most beatifull and not very walk and bike friendly, but you are near Formigine, Sassuolo and Maranello and the cities of Modena, Bologna and Parma. They are all in driveable distance or even by public transit.

This is a truly happy place. Owned by a happy family. No complaints. The only sad part is that we missed the Friday night grill night because of other engagements.

Beautiful garden, pool and nice room

Perhaps having a member of staff who spoke English as my Italian is poor but staff were helpful so we got by.
