Property was clean. The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - 7mins walk from Pisa leading tower and coffee bars and shops.

We were disappointed that it was no hearing, radiators were not working ( in our friend’s room as well). In description was coffee, tea, iron for clothes at room was only kettle, no coffee, tea or mugs, no iron at all. In room was very dark, as blinders were placed from outside of windows.

The room was very clean. Honestly one of the only hotels i've been able to walk barefoot in my room because of how clean it is. You can get a very nice breakfast for 3 euro which is great if you just want to eat something small and go. The staff is nice and the place is very safe. The location is so amazing. Within 5 mins you can walk to the tower of Pisa and find amazing places to eat. Definitely recommend!

The only thing I can say is that there is a window but not really a view, which makes the room a bit dark.

We liked the place, it was really very close to the town center and to the tower, easy to reach and was very comfortable and clean! We recommend it!

The only thing was the toilet flush knob was really hard to push, like really really hard and the waiting time between the push and the flush was quite long :D There is nothing else negative to say, it was a really nice place, very comfortable and convenient!

The hotel is perfectly located in Pisa, very close to the touristy centre but fairly quiet. The staff were all lovely - friendly and helpful. The room was simple and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning was effective and pretty quiet. The beds were really comfortable!

There were no toiletries in the bathroom when we arrived but these were provided by housekeeping on day 2 and this wasn't a problem for us.

The staff are so kind and helpful, Kiara was so sweet even before she knew we were guests. The street parking is right out front you just pay on the easy park app, the air conditioning or ac worked well, the restaurant is the best we had in Italy so far! Even cooler is the history, it was a church in the 600’s!!! It’s a straight walk to main square with the tower, maybe at most a 8’min walk.

Showers are very small

I had to choose this hotel all of a sudden, because the apartment I first choose (and paid) was unfit to live in. In days of university functioning plus tourists plus a national congress, find in half an hour another place to stay near the site of the congress was not easy. Indeed Amalfitana is classified as a 2 stars hotel, but they accepted us, gave us a room at discounted fare and upgraded us without any further payment. Treat us friendly, helped us free coffee and we could dine and have lunch in first days in their cozy restaurant, with an inner access from the hotel protecting us from heavy rain. up today, the day we left, they did their best to make us feel at the better comfort they could.

I plan my stays with Booking since decades. This was the first time I had to choose all at once another place. But I must admit that I would not have chosen this hotel with more time and calmer situation : and it would have been a pity, because in that case I would not met Pietro and his staff : really professional and friendly people.

Well situated for train station, local buses, sights and local restaurants, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious (when compared with Rome!) Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Amalfitana.

There was a kettle in the room but no cups or coffee making paraphernalia. Unfortunately, the occupants in the room above were noisy and we were woken early with someone seeming pacing the floor with clumpy shoes on!

The hotel was very relaxing, had good air conditioning and wifi and was close to the pisa tower! The next morning we were flying from pisa airport, public transport to the airport took 30 mins and costed us about 15 euro, maybe it is cheaper to grab a taxi? The hotel offered 3 euro breakfasts which included a croissant orange juice and coffee. Perfect for before our flight.

At first the toilet did not flush properly, however the maintanace crew fixed it in 10 mins :))

Location is great a short walk to the leaning tower and the Duomo. Pisa is a small city and you can walk around easily to the shops, the main sights and the river its a fifteen minute walk from the station to the hotel. There is an onsite restaurant which is good would also recommend Osteria la Mesquita and Osteria I Santi very close to the hotel This is a two star hotel we had to book due to flights being cancelled staff were very friendly and kind to us and helped us throughout our stay. Showers were hot

Room was a bit dated but it was spacious as we were given a triple room, it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was great, easy check-in with friendly staff. The room was just what we needed for our short stay. It was clean and quiet we had a good nights sleep. The location was great with a short walk to the Leaning Tower- which was a must see at night as well as in the morning. We were able to leave our luggage at check out to go tour the Leaning Tower before traveling on. The neighborhood was nice with shops and restaurants.

As mentioned our stay was short and we didn't have the opportunity to try the restaurant as mentioned in previous reviews, just means we may have to return another trip.
