The location of this B&B La Lu Cosy Rooms, is in the centre of the historic town and is close to all restaurants and to the main attraction of the tower. The room was very nice and very comfortable, and the B&B had all the facilities that a normal house would have to make the stay very pleasant. Although we did not meet our host face to face, Miss Luisa, she kept in contact during the duration of our stay, and she helped us with all our needs that arose during our stay. The breakfast was just around the corner at a nice cafeteria, which had the best croissant and coffee and was not expensive if one desired to add more than what was offered. We highly recommend this B&B due to its location, cleanliness and the hospitality offered.

The only thing that we did not like is that the towels are changed every 3 days, but this is becoming a custom for all B&Bs.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at La Lu Cozy Rooms. This charming B&B is in a fantastic location in Pisa old town. Located within a 15 minute walk of the central station it is adjacent to Piazza dei Cavalieri & just 5 minutes from the leaning tower of Pisa. There are a plenty of bars & restaurants nearby. We took the Pisa Mover from the airport, it’s only 2 stops, trains run every 6-8 minutes making it easy to reach your accommodation. Luisa is a fantastic host & takes great pride in La Lu. The decor is stylish & the room was very comfortable with all amenities. We kept in touch throughout our stay & it was lovely to have a host so caring & attentive. Upon our arrival we were sent instructions for how to access the B&B along with our room card key & breakfast tokens for each day of our stay. Breakfast is at Cavalieri in the next street between 7:30AM & 10AM daily. Sadly we didn’t get to take advantage of the breakfast as we had a full itinerary each day. In the entrance to La Lu you will see plenty of post it notes from past guests all with glowing feedback following their stay. There are also several business cards for restaurants in the local area. Our room dei Cavalieri was off the main communal room on the ground floor. It was perfect for a short stay, there were tea/coffee making facilities, air conditioning & complimentary toiletries provided. Off the communal room is the indoor courtyard - another great touch to La Lu. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend La Lu & hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. Thank you again Luisa!

Fantastic location - 5 mins walk from the Leaning Tower. Informal “Air B&B style” check in with combination box, which is fine as we arrived late. Don’t mind that at all. Friendly staff who quickly resolved an issue with the AC. Very clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast included at a cafe down the road. Great value for money.

Unfortunately it was *very* noisy on both the nights we stayed (external noise). Unsure where the noise was coming from - sounded like a club or bar with someone on microphone. Didn’t stop untill 5am so we had broken sleep. I’m not sure how the owners could improve this situation or whether it was just a one off event, but it meant we both had only 3-4 hours sleep maximum on both nights, and was shattered by the time we moved on to Florence for the next leg of our trip. The bathroom was also quite small and the shower awkward as there was no shelves to put your shampoo/shower gel ect on.

The checkout is at 10:00 am, which isn’t a problem at all, however, if your flight is later like it was for us and you have nowhere else to stay but in the lobby at La Lu cozy, (for us there was also a very big thunderstorm, which is why we had to stay inside) there isn’t any toilet. BUT, that definitely shouldn’t stop you from paying them a visit, it was truly a wonderful experience and the thunderstorm and lack of toilet was just an unfortunate event for us!

The location was amazing the decor was clean fresh and modern. Liked the fact that you had a kitchen that was thoughtfully stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits, sweets. The fridge had complimentary soft drinks for the guests. Everything was so thoughtfully planned out and the hosts catered for their guests as if it was themselves that we’re staying there and I suppose what they would have liked.

Highly recommended! It is located in a super central location, you can walk everywhere, there is good atmosphere, touristic attractions, shops and restaurants nearby. The treatment has been great, Luisa is super friendly and attentive. The room was very clean, everything in perfect condition and with everything you might need (filtered water, coffee, fridge, hair dryer, soaps and towels, etc). The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the heating and air conditioning is adjustable. Great treatment and an excellent stay! I should add that I am a girl traveling alone, and obviously I worry about my safety, but knowing that I had the contact and conversation with Luisa made me feel safer, I've seen other B&B owners who don't care about guests. Thank you!

Communication was perfect with self check-in via codes sent to mobile phone by Luisa. Room was perfectly formed for our needs and facilities were excellent with kitchen area with tea/coffee, biscuits and drinks provided. There is a dining table in there as needed. The breakfast was very simple and provided in a lovely cafe around the corner. Location-wise was just about walkable in May temperatures from the airport and about 20mins from the central train station. Was perfect for the Leaning Tower of Pisa, a short walk away.

The accommodation offers everything you need. Luisa and her colleague Alec are very friendly, helpful, and reliable. They gave us great tips for exploring Pisa, including wonderful places to enjoy authentic regional cuisine. The room and the whole place are lovingly designed, clean, and incredibly central – yet still quiet. We can only recommend this accommodation and want to thank Alec for welcoming us so warmly. If we return to Pisa, this will definitely be our place of choice.

Good location, clean, easy to communicate with staff using whatssapp. Everything what is needed is in room or in shared kitchen.

It was very helpful from staff to offer parking access for additional charge, but it would be very nice also to send it also some points in google maps where is the “blue zone” where You can park and points which are closest to the hotel, it would be very helpful. Bathroom is little small but if You are staying for 1 night so its not a problem. Our room was located next to shared kitchen so if there was someone it was very loud in our room. In general this is just small things and its good price and quality rate.

The interior is so beautifully designed and all of the little touches show how much care the hosts put into making the stay as comfortable as possible. There were sweets and biscuits provided, along with a fridge and a water dispenser which was great in the hot weather. There were teas and coffees and breakfast included at a local cafe. The check in system and instructions were clear and easy to use. The room itself was comfortable. The host was very friendly and easy to get in contact with via WhatsApp. The location was also convenient, a short walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa and short bus ride and walk from Pisa Centrale station. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area.

It was a little loud from the noise of people outside the bedroom window but this is not the hosts' fault.
