Suberb location: close to the Leaning Tower, easily accessible from the train station. There's a common kitchen with utensils and electric kettle, useful to prepare our morning coffee. Contactless check-in and access to the property made our stay very convenient.

The heater is a bit small for the room size, and might not work during the night, at least we felt it was cold until morning. We used the AC in heating mode instead. The bathroom is quite compact, which was fine for us, but some people may find it a bit uncomfortable. You cannot lock the door from inside, but you can place your luggage in front of it to prevent your kids from wandering out while you sleep.

Great location. Having a shaded balcony was very nice. Excellent value for money, for the same price I was looking at tiny hotel rooms with shared bathrooms. Staff were communicative and helpful via WhatsApp, entry process was straightforward. Air conditioning worked well. Apartment was reasonably clean and comfortable overall.

Air conditioning coughed up some black stuff when first started up - seems like it needs cleaning out. As other reviews have mentioned, some mould on the bathroom wall and a slight unpleasant damp smell. Very thin walls so you can clearly hear any sound in the hallway or adjoining apartment. Full kitchen rendered somewhat useless by the state of the kitchenware, which looked like it hadn’t been used or cleaned in years.

It was our first time in Pisa. As for me Pisa is just for spending few hours in it, as I didn’t like the smell around the city. Catastrophic smell from drainage system and sewage system. The only survival from this smell was to hide in the hotel. Hotel itself in not bad at all, especially the room we stayed in. It was on the first floor and as I guess because of it there was less mold and smell. The room has old fashioned furniture and I like it as it corresponds to this old city. It is located just few meters from Pisa tower and main attractions, has nice cafes and restaurants nearby, but some were closing too early. Also you can find carrefour shop not far from the hotel to buy some stuff like water or fruits. It was easy to find the building just get bus 4 from train station and don’t get off until it doesn’t cross the river. As soon as you are on the other side just get off the bus. And you will be close to the hotel. A little bit confusing was to find our room, maybe because I didn’t read the message correctly, I tried to enter the room on the ground floor, we were lucky that our room was on the first floor as ground floor has a little moldy smell. As I mentioned above Pisa is just for few hours entertaining so mostly we spent our free time and slept well in the room, after tiring 5 day walking trip through Milan, Como, Genova, Portofino and Ligure region it was a great decision :-D.

Bad smell around the city and a tall wall like a prison wall in front of the building, but wall seemed not dangerous at all. and please fix the tap Cristina in the bathroom, made us wet every time we opened it.

This is an excellent place, and as a bonus, Michele is an old friend of mine. In the nineties, I designed logos for two bands he was in: Neurotomy and Evergaze Eternity. It truly is a small world! In addition to accommodating me, he also helped me organize a small art exhibition at the Albatross Café in the city center, which is within walking distance from where I stayed. All of these factors made my stay exceptionally enjoyable. It's amazing how connected we all are!

I wish I could have stayed longer. Unfortunately, it was just a matter of time. I definitely plan to return, and I highly recommend it. However, if you want to get ahead, be an early bird.

It was very close to the two main stations 20 minute walk to each. Also a ten minute walk to the tower of pisa. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in a walkable distance. Staff were lovely, when we locked ourselves out and reacted in seconds to get us into our room. There was a shared kitchen and balcony which was very accessible. AC also worked really well.

The room was a bit dated and the bathroom door was finicky and didn’t close properly.

We really liked how close it was to the leaning tower, restaurants and shops- very convenient.

We would have really liked to have the bathroom within the room but that’s us being a bit fussy. we also had a minor inconvenience opening the door with our code. We put in the correct code but couldn’t get in on one occasion. A bit concerning but we managed to sort it out in the end. My partner managed to sort it out, but if I was on my own I’m not sure I could have managed it.

The location was fantastic! 5-min walk to Pisa Leaning Tower. Pharmacy, Grocery Stores and Restaurants are also very close. The key-code based locks are very convenient, no need to carry keys and can be easily shared with family.

A-lot of disturbance/noise during the night. Someone keeping banging the door during the night for 10-15minutes. That’s was scary, as my baby was scared and we were unable early.

Good location, close to the city center. It has a self check in which was easy and comfortable. Property lets you leave your languages the next day after check out in the basement with a new entry code.

Smell in the bathroom was a bit bad, I saw some bugs. The bathroom door is not a real door, but something like a foldable plastic. But for the money you pay you can't expect it to be luxurious.

The room was an excellent value, very spacious and well located, within a short walking distance to the main sights (including the Tower) as well as the central station. We visited in winter so it was lovely for the heating to come on at night. There is access to a furnished kitchen but there are also many cheap eateries around. The check-in was very easy (with instructions sent to us a day in advance).

The property was easy to find and we communicated well with the host (via Whatsapp). It is about a 5-10 minutes walk from the Tower of Pisa, also close to restaurants and cafes. We received the access codes prior to arrival. The beds were comfy and we had fresh towels for all 4 of us. Loved that we had full sized mirrors.

The bathroom door was a bit special (not fully closing). There was some mold in the corner of the shower. We didn't receive a cover for the upper bed. The wall with the window was painted in multiple colors (like it was recently renovated and never finished) and that gave the place an unpleasant look.
