As frequent travelers, we can confidently say that our stay at the Royal Garden Hotel in Cassera was exceptional. The location alone makes it a standout—just a 5-minute walk to the palace entrance, and our room featured a private balcony with a stunning view over the palace garden. It’s hard to imagine a better setting for a relaxing and memorable stay. The hospitality was equally impressive. Valentina, our host, was genuinely warm, attentive, and always available when needed. Her responsiveness and care truly elevated the experience. The room itself was spotless, with a high standard of comfort. The bed was good, and the design throughout felt fresh, modern, and very well considered. It’s clear that attention to detail is a priority here. The surrounding area is full of excellent dining options. The nearest restaurant served some of the best food and wine we’ve had in the region—an unexpected highlight that we’re still talking about. Parking is about an 8-minute walk away and cost 15 euros, which we found perfectly manageable. Overall, this hotel delivers on every front—comfort, location, service, and charm. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to fellow travelers looking for quality and character in Cassera.

Breakfast was fine in a nearby caffè. Strutture was in a very clean and quiet (and central location). Hosts were very responsive.

Parking lot is a seven-minute walk and comes With a daily charge. There is no reception on the property so make sure to communicate your arrival time in advance and/or have a working phone. Toiletries were very limited for our 4-person stay (a few individual packets of body wash/shampoo, no conditioner, only one shower cap). There is an elettrica kettle in the room but there are only two cups and one serving of tea, coffee and decaf coffee so not enough for a group of 4.

Great location across from the town's main attraction, the palace. Secure, with a clean and well-appointed room and bathroom, with everything functioning well. Good use of space with a closet, desk, and an armchair next to the window. No staff on site, it appears, but they respond when contacted and were there to meet us on arrival. Part of the stairway can be dark at night, use your phone's flashlight. There is an elevator. The owner has an arrangement for a light breakfast at a friendly cafe around the corner, good cappuccino and a nice patio.

A little tight on space.

This property was easy to find and very convenient. Valentina is very responsive and a great host. The apartment was immaculate and comfortable. Our breakfast at a nearby cafe was also great. The apartment is right across the road from the Royal Palace, with a variety of restaurants close by. We could also park our motorbike just across the street in a small square. It worked very well for us.

Nothing to dislike.

The room was large, the bed comfortable, the room was serviced daily. There were tea and coffee making facilities and a lift is available. The host was a good communicator and her restaurant recommendations were excellent.

The breakfast was at a local cafe and our choice of coffee only, and a white bread roll with jam or Nutella and orange juice did not meet our expectations.

The place was spacious and clean,well decorated and you have everything you need.You are only 2 minutes from the Caserta Royal Palace and almost in the center of the city of Caserta,what do you need more.The view is amazing.Our host was very helpful from the first minute till the minute we took our luggage 5 or 6 hours after the check out and we are very thankful.

Everything was perfect. The two bedroom apartment was immaculate. It was serviced every day of our six night stay. The host was lovely and contactable through What’s app. WiFi was good. Lovely touches in the apartment like Prosecco, fresh fruit and water in the fridge. Breakfast was coffee, croissant and fresh orange juice in a little cafe/bar around the corner that had lovely friendly staff.

Nothing to dislike.

Well located, everything was clean and in good order including the lift. I advised our host our train was running late. She was waiting for us when we arrived and was able to welcome us and tell us of good places to get something to eat. We felt safe in the neighbourhood. We found the cafes / trattorias friendly and patient considering my lack of Italian language.

Very clean. Modern design with a great shower and good storage space. Great location bordering the Royal Palace gardens with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. And a very friendly and helpful owner. Breakfast is served at a Caffe/Bar less than 5 minutes away. This is also one of the better bars in the area so you can both begin and end your day there.

We are American traveling in Italy for the last 9 months and have stayed in many accommodations. This bnb was by far one of the best, cleanest and most well located to shops and great restaurants. Also the Italian woman who booked our stay was so attentive and helpful. She helped us with our luggage, picked us up with her driver so we could leave our car in a nearby parking lot, and she stayed with us while we were waiting with our luggage for our car to pick us back up. We are family with small children and she was very understanding about a flexible check out time and was also helpful in helping us find an excellent dinner and breakfast options. The breakfast is a voucher at a cafe 2 minutes away for a typical Italian breakfast which is a croissant, coffee and a juice. It was adequate and delicious and I mention it in case there Americans reading and think Breakfast should be eggs and bacon. Those things are hard to find in general in Italy unless you are at a big hotel or are staying in a very touristy city. Welcome to Italy!
