The room was lovely, spotlessly clean, very comfy bed and great shower. It is literally 3 mins from the stunning Royal Palace and the wonderful view from the balcony is of the Royal Palace.

Unfortunately, whilst convenient, the noise from the 2 cafe bars beneath the property goes on very late (4am on one night with the street cleaning starting at 5am). The little Piazza is obviously a gathering place and seats and tables were regularly dragged across the stones to rearrange for whatever groups were gathering. Finally, the other thing that made a good night's sleep impossible was the loose drain/manhole cover right outside, which clattered every time a vehicle drove over it. None of these are the fault of the accommodation, but it is worth noting if sleep is important to you.

If you're going to Caserta to see the palace, this place was perfect. It's directly adjacent to the property and is along a nice row of restaurants for everything else you need. We were just staying for one night, but it met our needs perfectly.

This isn't the host's problem, but the giant parking lot in Caserta is tough to navigate. If you're driving, you need to go a ways away to find the entrance and then make your way up through a maze of halls and stairs to find the exit. Our car was safe and sound, and it was much easier to figure out in reverse the next morning.

We were extremely lucky to find this small b&b, it was a perfect stay for us! This is the best accommodation in Caserta located right next to the Reggia palace. The balcony of our room looks directly to the palace and piazza, and as our main purpose for this Caserta visit was the concert of Il Volo in Reggia di Caserta, you could not stay any closer :) The owner and staff are super nice and always ready to assist in any request and question. There is also complimentary coffee and tea always available in a small lounge area. Many thanks also for the restaurant recommendation, Trattoria Chichibio was excellent (it is just behind the corner). The Italian style breakfast is served in a cosy bar in just few steps behind the corner. We will most certainly want to return to L'Insolita Reggia when we visit Caserta again. Alla prossima!

The location was great - very close to the train station, right next to the palace and in walking distance to shopes and cafes. The apartment was roomy and had everything we needed.

Overall this was a great place to stay. Unfortunately our checkout was pretty intense - we had someone knocking on our door several times well before our checkout time which we found quite stressful. I suggest to double check the checkout time the day before.

The property is a few minutes walking distance from the Royal Palace. When we arrived, we were welcomed by a very nice lady who provided us with advice and recommendations about the city. The room was very clean, equipped with airco, a tea maker and tea bags/coffee available. We loved the small balcony with a Royal Palace view. We will definitely choose it again for our next stay in Caserta.

Good position, near a big palace, suitable for going for a walk, and it is in the center of city, easy to buy food and something, also have many shops for shopping, house is very big and price also is reasonable, landlord also waited at house and gave the key by face with a detailed introduction of the house.

Due to in the center of city, car parking is a difficult thing, we parked the car at the underground parking lot under the palace, the cost is super high, up to 30eur per night.

Communication with the host was excellent and allowed us to check in earlier. The location is central, right next to the palace. We were also offered an Italian breakfast nearby. Everything is very clean and has a historical vibe. We had a great time.

A bathroom door that was squeaking.

Everything. The large size bedroom (we had the room with the two beds) and bathroom. Even the shower was a large size. Just being next to the palace especially after doing 10,000 steps visiting the palace and gardens it was good to be 5 steps from the apartment. Police guard the palace consistently making the apartment feel safe also. Pizza Art was a great choice for food at reasonable prices one of many places just outside the door. Nothing about the apartment but Saturday night did have youth hanging around the square under the windows until 2am.,then dead quiet. Friday night was quiet all night. The apartment is double glazed.

Amazing hospitality, great facilities and cleanliness! Location is algo great, right beside Reggia di Caserta, 10 minutes walking from the train station and close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

No dining area for breakfast . Had to go to a bar with voucher for breakfast . Although s friendly bar no choice with breakfast 1 cup of tea or coffee and one croissant per person : Lack of staff at hotel . Did not class as hotel .
