The location was great! was surprised that this little gem was empty when we went in early July, walked 5 min to the palace and it was empty on a sat afternoon too, Reception was warm and staff was very helpful and accommodating for breakfast etc. Cosy ambience with music in the lounge for the guests to relax. Really comfy room, modern bath and both ac & fan, mozzie nettings so you can choose what you prefer to use. Just short walk to the main shopping street and side alleys had lots of restaurant and bars. Highly recommend the cosy restaurant next to Charming House. The parking was close enough at special rate w the BnB.

The staff helped with bags but do note they do not have lifts. We got the room on L1 so it was ok but it does go up to L3.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast really good, and the Rita, the owner, is just the most friendly and helpful host. The huge castle park right next to the accommodiation was so beautiful! We had a lovely stay.

It was very hot during our stay at the beginning of September, and even though the room had both a fan and air conditioning, we did not manage to cool the room down enough to sleep comfortably. But I guess that's just normal in summer in Southern Italy. :-)

The hotel is right in the middle of Caserta, you can pretty much walk everywhere (including the train station). It's a 40m comute to Napoli (by train). The staff was amazing and always ready to help. A special shout out to Rita who cooked our breakfast every day, you're a legend! If you're looking for a place around Caserta make sure you include this one in your pool of options.

If you're traveling by car be very mindful about the driving restrictions around the hotel, there are a bunch of streets around which seem open to drive, but are really only for residents (I'm unsure ATM if I'll receive a fine because of having missed out one of those signs). They have a sort of arrangement with a nearby car parking (300m away, paid 13€/day), which is totally doable (10m walk) but not ideal.

Very nice hotel. It is a little hard to spot from the street. Perfectly located, close to restaurants and the main entrance of the "Reggia". The breakfast was great local specialties including mini sfogliatelle elegantly served. The clean and modern hotel is charming with large rooms and bathroom. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is not very friendly if you are arriving by car, The hotel is on a restricted road.

From the moment we entered grounds and smelt jasmine, that linged in the air, we enjoyed our stay. Room was contemporary and tasteful. Breakfast excellent. The young lady who was incharge was helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect and way above our expectations: starting with the scent of a huge jasmim in full bloom in the courtyard, then the very well appointed room and bathroom, nicely decorated,,to a delicious breakfast with plenty of choices and served to perfection! Unfortunately it was only for one night. Bravo to the whole team! As a bonus, on a busy Saturday night in town, the place is surprisingly quiet...

it could have not been better.

10 minute walk from the railways station in a lovely area of the City. The accommodation is off the main road and this makes it really peaceful. The host was always contactable and made the self check in very easy. I only had a light breakfast but it was fresh with good coffee. My room was spacious and well laid out.

Beautiful theming and decor both in the room and communal areas. Breakfast was fresh and varied for a good start to the day. Great location for the palace and exploring Caserta.

Room 2 didn't have a window (only as part of the door), the door lock was also a little tricky.

The property was very nice,quiet and clean. It had a very homely feel about it. The breakfast and the coffee were so good that we were very pleasantly surprised.

There is nothing that we didn’t like.Everything was up to a very high standard.

Great small boutique hotel a stones throw from Reggia Di Caserta. We had a lovely stay here. Rita made a very nice breakfast for us and was very nice to talk to. We stayed 2 nights here. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
