Spacious room, very clean Reception personal kind and always available Sauna is plus and gym as well, even if I used only the first one

I would include breakfast in the price TV was loosing sound every now and then (I did not flag to reception to be honest, they most likely would have addressed but I was in the room just at night) Sauna just one was opened and it was a bit packed

Great location that was an easy walk to transit and local attractions (eg Tiergarten). Our room was along the route for the Berlin pride parade, which we loved. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with good shower pressure.

Our initial room had an inner courtyard view (or similar description) which was really a view of machinery. While we had initial frustrations with our room missing the fridge (needed it for medication and food) the staff were eventually able to find a room for us. They were friendly are managed the situation fairly well, though we received mixed messages as to what steps we should take. We had to keep on checking in with different staff over 4-5 hours to fix the fridge situation, which seems more of a management/ organization concern. A few things were not working in the room - one of the bedside lights and the USB charging ports. Given the frustration with the fridge, we didn’t bother trying to rectify it before we left.

I liked the design and layout - nice peaceful atmosphere

The WIFI! I can’t say it enough. As a hotel that I think many business people use, I don’t know why this isn’t more of an issue that is sorted out. this was my second stay and I will stay there again but the wifi is just pathetic. I moved rooms because of it and initially it was ok using a voucher and the conference wifi and the guest, then after two days it just stopped connecting completely- same in the other room. In frustration I just used my data which I should be reimbursed for! The staff helped but if the connection sucks then they can’t really do anything about it. FIX the WIFI! It is vital to have a good stable strong internet in a hotel like yours

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the center of Berlin. There is a bus stop nearby, from which you can also go to the center. Self check-in and check-out in the hotel lobby. The breakfast is very tasty, constantly renewed, supplemented with food. Free luggage storage, gym and sauna. Although it seems that the hotel is next to a busy street, the windows are very well insulated and you can't hear the sound. A conditioning system that you can regulate yourself. Take advantage of the hotel's services. Very nice design of the hotel, inside there is a bar area where you can relax.

Felt like a very upmarket hotel in comparison to many others I had been across, whilst out from the centre of Berlin, there were plenty of PT options around and was great to be able to explore Schoenberg. Bed was very comfy and a nice spacious bathroom was appreciated. I’d definitely stay here again if I were to come back to Berlin.

The only disappointing thing was that I had asked for a service to my room when I had a late wake up and was still in my room, when the cleaners came to complete their refresh. Was disappointed as I had asked kindly if it could be done and was looking forward to a fresh bed and towels when I arrived home.

Huge room with lovely bathroom. Great location. Very nice bar / lounge area. Bed very big and the room itself was very spacious and clean and comfortable. Easy check in and out and we were able to check in early for no fee.

The wifi reception was terrible in our particular room. Also the shampoo and shower gel were empty and not refilled during our stay. The shower temperature control was broken too when we got there. We did not ask for it to be fixed though so I am sure it would have been had we asked. The pillows were INCREDIBLY soft but in a bad way, quite hard to sleep on but the bed itself was nice.

The whole look of the hotel is very modern, rooms are comfortable, the bed is big and comfortable as well. There's a coffee machine, packets of tea and nespresso pods, there's also a safe and a small fridge :)

The wifi was terrible, genuienly couldn't get anything done and had to use my own data. There was also one incident where we were coming back to the hotel in the evening (around 11PM) and one of the entrances was closed for no reason, so we had to walk around the entire building because no one would open the entrance for us.

The cafe downstairs serves really good sandwiches, juice and this amazing dessert, so I always had my breakfast there. We had internet problems in the first room they gave us so we complained, and immediately not only did they give us access to the faster internet in the hotel, but also upgraded us to another room twice the size of our first room, which made our stay that much better! Staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were especially smooth and quick. In the day I was very excited to see Berlin and tour around, and in the night I was excited to get back to my hotel room, and I think that says a lot about this hotel.

The hotel itself was fantastic - the room was very nice, the facilities were great and the sauna and the gym was lovely. The bar area was really nice and not too expensive which was great, checking in and out was also incredibly efficient which was great. The beds were quote comfortable and the location was alright because it was well connected to public transport.

the staff were practically non existent, when we asked for them to clean up broken glass in our room they ignored us the first 3 times we asked, then gave us a towel and a flimsy plastic bag to clear it up. It only got fixed once I followed them around asking for a dust pan and brush so I could clean it up myself... There was therefore broken glass covering our bathroom floor for 6 hours straight so we could not use our bathroom without fear of injuring ourselves because of the incompetence of the staff..

I was really impressed with this hotel. The staff were always really helpful, the family room was great for a family of 4 (including 2 teenagers), the beds and pillows were super comfy and the breakfast was simply amazing: so much variety and frequently replenished. We ate a few meals in the bar area. All were amazingly prepared and tasted great, but they have no menus to hand; everything is done via their app. The location is a little bit away from Berlin city centre, but we used a Hop on Hop off bus to visit the tourist attractions there and there is a bus stop close by. The hotel is less than 1km from the Zoo which is an easy, flat walk to get to.

There could have been a little more space between the bunk bed ladder and the twin beds as you had to use the bed to complete your descent. The wifi wasn't that strong in the room but it worked fine in the lobby area and there was plenty of seating to accommodate anyone that wanted to sit down there.
