Air in Berlin

A very nice hotel with parking in the very center of Berlin. Although the interior design is a bit from a different era and time seems to have stopped, it is worth taking advantage of the very helpful and nice staff. We had a larger room but nice, comfortable beds, clean towels and sheets, large bathroom. Less comfortable is the lack of air conditioning and in the summer when you came to the room it was quite warm, but you can quickly ventilate and after the problem. The hotel was very nice! It was small and cozy. The room I had was very clean, I liked it. The bathroom was clean as well. I had a shower and I had enough space in there which is great. The room was good in size: not small nor large, just enough for one person. Also, there is the Zoo just around the corner, probably 3 min from the hotel! In general, I had an impression that subway stations were everywhere and there was one nearby as well.

The building is very old, therefore I heard someone walking in the room above mine with all corresponding noises. This is not very "sleep friendly" and was very annoying. But, considering I was staying for just one night, it was OK.

Location was great for the area I needed to visit. only a few minutes walk from the wittenburger plaza shopping area and the zoo. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. the room was comfortable and cleaned daily. if you like a bit of character in your hotels then you’ll like this as many of public areas have features dating back to when the hotel was built. had an in room safe which is always good.

the room was somewhat on the small size even for a single but to be honest I wasn’t in it that much so only a minor gripe. no tea/coffee making facilities.

Very acces and location to the Christmas Market and local shops and bars, no need to use the car. Not a bad price for off road parking 12€. Street parking expensive pay per 25 mins then every 3 mins thereafter. Great city break.

Breakfast was good put not sure if worth the 12€ and started at 10:00 am, not bad if previous late night. No tea or coffee available in room or foyer. Would have nice to of had smart TV.

Perfect location very central to great shops plus zoo and tour buses All you need for your stay. Breakfast is great plenty to choose from. Our room was a great size comfortable beds nice and bright and airy.

We liked everything about our break away hotel was perfect for us. Staff couldn't do enough for you nothing was a problem. Plus the beer was great 😊

The location opposite the DIN building where I was working was ideal. The room was clean, being in a hotel that has been in use for sometime, this showed in the ageing of the decore but that should not be taken as a negative point. Breakfast was typical of what I have come to expect from many trips to Germany, perfectly acceptable and I can appreciate that the way in which it is done works well for the Hotel, I prefer some hot bacon and eggs.

There was not anything that I "didn't like".

We were satisfied with everything. With the location of the hotel and the ongoing event. The availability of public transport was good. The room was clean, a little smaller, but enough for sleeping. The staff was nice, smiling and helpful. Breakfast was rich in the form of a buffet. Parking in the yard for a fee that was not too high. The probability that I will return in a year and use the services of this hotel is high.

Amazing place near the ZOO station (10 minutes walk), very close the bus statiton (1 minute walk) - here you can go by turistic bus number 100 to more than 10 sightseenings.

Staff. Location. Room was larger than I thought it would be but bathroom is tiny (anyway good for me). Inside garden with tables and lights is very sweet and comfortable.

No air conditioner although its 33 degree outside. There was a small fan but not enough.

Perfect location and room quallity for its price. Nearby lots of delicious cafes and restaurants as well as a supermarket are located. Friendly and helpful people are working there.

Breakfast could have been more diverse, and could have been there more constantly. I had two mornings there and both times I had to ask for plates and bread (cheese and ham were also absent as I noticed, just didn't ask for them). Hopefully, the workers reacted quickly for the asks.
