Great location. The hotel is situated in a great area. Shops, restaurants and public transport are just footsteps away. Great staff. They were very kind and helpful and spoke English. The room is spacious and larger than the average hotel room in Berlin. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff is amazing. The room was everyday cleaned thoroughly. Nice and modern minimalist interior. The lobby feels modern and trendy. There is a nice selection of drinks available in the lobby. Great bed in the room. We had good nights of sleep. The curtains do their job very well. Small but nice balcony. Great shower!

The bathroom was relatively small. The lobby was on the 5th floor. On the 1st floor, there is a gym that doesn't belong to the hotel. So when entering the hotel, it doesn't feel like entering a hotel. Breakfast is 16 euro per person, but there are much cheaper and maybe even better alternatives in the area. No fridge in the room. No coffee, only tea in the room.

Excellent choice for those who want to live in the center of West Berlin - perfect location, very friendly staff, modern and well-equipped rooms, cleanliness, good sound-proofing (despite the fact that the windows overlooked the Kurfürstendamm, no noise was heard), comfortable beds.

Lobby of the hotel is on the 5th floor, that is why stuff do not know what happen in front of the building - few homeless persons spend the night literally few meters from the entrance to the hotel…

Located in the old Berlin center. Zoo. Directly opposite to KaDeWe. Excellent beds. Very big room. Interesting brekfast. Parking below the hotel.

Sampoo and body lotion should be better. The place where plates are put for breakfast has to change.

The location is really excellent, walking distance to 2 stations that makes it easy to travel anywhere, also close to restaurants, shopping etc. The breakfast was very good with nice coffee and pastries to die for! My room was spacious, and very quiet. The guest soap and shampoo in the bathroom is very good quality and smells so good! The plugs is convenient for charging your phone etc

No coffee or milk in room, only tea and sugar. The cleaning crew kept forgetting to clean the bins, but overall it is small things and my stay was really good.

Excellent location, the hotel is located between 2 train stations. To the left of the hotel is the KADEVE department store. On the right is the church. We didn't have breakfast, it looked very nice . The reception staff is nice, the rooms are clean, very bright. Our room had a kettle for tea. The hotel has excellent heating in the rooms, we stayed in winter, (in summer there is air conditioning) The bathroom contains a towel warmer. The water flow was excellent. The hot water arrived in seconds.

Unfortunately, even though we put up the "do not disturb" sign, they entered the room twice, without permission.

We were so pleased with about:Berlin Hotel; it exceeded our expectations and delivered excellent value for money. We look forward to staying there again. Location was just perfect for us in a vibrant part of the city, with convenient public transport. The room was large, comfortable, a good temperature, and equipped with all we needed. Breakfast was really good, and the lobby / reception area was very pleasant. Thoughtfully, there were even various snacks available. The late breakfast times and late check out time were both comfortable and convenient for our schedule. The staff members in reception were super friendly and always helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

We did not have any notable complaints or things we did not like, even of a minor nature.

There is no doubt about the benefit of this accommodation: the location! There are so many options to get around from the KaDeWe, and the area around the hotel is vibrant. Also, the staff was very friendly.

It wasn't clear what was included in the daily cleaning: sometimes the cups were washed, sometimes they weren't, sometimes the trash was taken out, sometimes it wasn't. If it was our choice to skip the cleaning, e.g. for environmental reasons, this wouldn't have been an issue, but the randomness was a bit confusing, so we started to take out trash ourselves to avoid it getting funky.

Central location,, a nice, large room, a good, functional bathroom, very good breakfast, friendly staff. Tea and water are served for free. We liked especially our large room (30 m2) and comfortable beds. We were delighted to look at the window and see a city view of Tauentzienstraße. It was cosy to sit on the coach and drink tea in the evening. We had one wish: it would be nice, if there were a little fridgerator to keep foodstuff cold. Anyway, we were very satisfied and happy to stay at about: berlin during our trip to Berlin. Many thanks!

We had put Do not disturb label on the door in one morning, because we didn't want cleaning that day. In spite of that die Putzfrau was cleaning our room when we came in the afternoon. It's good to take care of, but we were a little surprised that our wish didn't mean much.

Breakfast was exceptional (large variety of fresh delicious choices -- be sure to try the honey made by bees living on the hotel roof!). Very pleased that the large bedroom was as pictured, with a floor-to-ceiling curtain to separate a sitting/working area from the sleeping area. This is very useful for travelers who have slightly different sleep schedules or are recovering from jet lag at different rates; I imagine it would be beneficial to families or groups traveling together, since the couch/sofa in the separate curtained area could be converted into a second bed. Very pleased with our stay.

I liked that I was able to mirror my computer screen on the hotel's TV using AirPlay! But Netflix's official policy is that screen mirroring is no longer supported for Apple devices, so I could watch everything except Netflix, as I discovered after googling "why does my Netflix screen turn black". To be perfectly clear, this is 100% Netflix's fault, not the hotel's responsibility, but the hotel marketing does mention Netflix screen mirroring so I think that needs to be updated. Extremely minor point that did not negatively affect our stay at all.

Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Superb breakfast. Easy check-in and check-out. We liked it very much and we would book again.

Cleaning service was very ambitious and wanted to come daily and also exchange towels. I don't think this is necessary and I would prefer a cleaning every 2 / 3 days but then a bit more diligent (there were a few areas collecting some dust, e.g. top of the shower cabin, which don't really impact the overall experience but still) There was no do-not-disturb sign, which led to quite a few funny situations with the room service coming in. No problem for us but those small things are an easy fix.
